They have the best mochi donuts in the Bay Area! I always order their donuts for our parties. They look great and taste great at the same time. All the kids and guests loved them. We recently tried their mochi egg bread. My kids loved them and asked for more after they finished one order.

Ordered Earl Grey Oat Milk Tea with boba and Roasted Oolong Cream Tea.I don't want to drink too sweet, so go with 25% sugar. Well, leave flavor is heavier, but still kinda watery. Its not milky or creamy as expected. Overall, not too bad. It is always nice to have a cold drink when you are thirsty.

My kids were craving mochi donuts and I found this spot and decided to give it a try. They specifically wanted strawberry so I ordered two for them. Cute little boba spot and parking was easy. The owner and employees were super nice and friendly. The mochi donuts here are so good. We love mochi donuts since it's not super sweet and doughy. These mochi donuts did not disappoint. Lightly sweet and the frosting was even with the mochi. Most other places barely frost them. The owner was super sweet and even gave me a matcha mochi donut for mama. I definitely will be back to try out the boba and drinks!

So many flavor options between their drinks and mochi donuts! I got the Black Sugar Boba Milk and my husband tried the Coconut Lover Smoothie. Both drinks were really good and not overly sweet. We also tried one of their mochi donuts and it was light but had a nice chew to it. We'll definitely be back to try more of the other options!

We came on a rainy day by chance, which means free hot chocolate. The owner kept coming out and giving us treats while my daughter did her homework. He was so kind and friendly. He insisted we take some home to her sister. The treats were amazing and service some of the best I've ever had. Will be coming back here regularly to support such a wonderful business.

Came in the morning to get a box of mochi donuts to go. Just about one of my favorite types of donuts. Fresh, chewy, delightful. Would be better if there were more flavor options, as every time I've come, only about half appeal to me. Overall, if you've never had mochi donuts, worth trying at least once, and you won't go wrong with trying them from Te'Amo.

Yup still one of the favorites. Came here after having dinner nearby. The server was friendly and patient. There was enough seating for a boba spot. We all ordered different drinks. As well as Mochi donuts to have there and some to take home. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. I ordered the the coconut lover smoothie. My coconut happiness. The Mochi donuts were delish! So many flavors to choose from and every single one as good as the next. Will be back for sure!

Went to go see parade in Castro valley, the squad suggested we go get boba from this place. We showed up, for parade night it wasn't too busy(must be cold weather). Add insult to injury the is place won't allow you to order any drink without ice. Most of us got the peach tea with boba, it was actually quite good. Mochi donuts appear to be popular ( they only had 2 when we went) so I'll have to go see them another time for that. I definitely recommend it if you don't mind sacrificing the no ice option. 4.5/5 because the ice thing but I'd go again

I normally enjoy the Thai tea here but the inconsistency is off putting. Ordered Thai tea the other day and it was watered down. Boba portions could also be greater.Don't try the matcha latte--it doesn't remotely resemble any shade of green nor does it taste like matcha. I paid $8 for a milk-water slurry with spontaneous chunks of strawberry and old boba. Considering the magnitude of boba places in the broader CV-Hayward area (Boba Bliss is literally across the street), I would likely save myself a trip here.
