Taqueria Senaida's

Freaking Fire, some Bomb Burritos. I highly recommend this place great service, homelike atmosphere.

"Guacamole" is terrible, consistency is that of liquid and watery sour cream.Aguas Frescas are good. Burritos are ok.They have false advertising in prices. The menu says one thing but when you pay it's a much higher cost. When you speak up, they basically say oh well. So disappointed in this place - puts a shame to Mexican food.

I've gone back a few times because I didn't want to give up on Senaida's and it's been consistently better. I'm happy to see the changes because this place was a gem in Hayward.

Terrible food, and all they say is SORRY, not the first time however we wanted to give them another chance. Ask for Guacamole and sour cream did not get Guacamole said no cheese they add cheese. Greasy carne asada. Just NOT EATABLE

Got this on Monday 01-06-2025. Im pretty sure you cant serve Undercooked Pork as its a Health risk but if your into that Senaidas has got you Foreal tho I took one bite and as I was looking through the meat I instantly spit it out. Going to get checked soon. But Careful eating there its hit or miss apparently.

Really enjoyed the burrito from this place. This spot opens at 10:00am and 5 minutes before opening they already had a few cars lined up on the drive thru. It's important to note that they only take cash. Looking forward to the next time I'm in the area and grabbing a burrito from here again.

I always eat here when I come back into town.. I love the nachos. The guys who work there always know when I am at the window to order what my order will be.

This has been a go to burrito place for 30+ years. Visiting family we swing by early on a Saturday morning and as usual cars on line early. I have always had the happy burrito and the flavor was as always great. Orchata is good and it's always fun as they will put tomatoes in there which is something you don't expect in a burrito but here it works. I have said in other reviews that Hayward has such a wide variety of Mexican food spots and if you are from here everyone has their favorites, this is definitely one of mine. Same family that has been running it since I used to go to Tennyson High so sitting there in the one of two wood benches with the drive through full is always a deja vu moment of years past.

This is another review where I feel like I should let folks know: I'm a vegetarian. Which means I'm penning this review based on my experience eating a rice, bean and cheese Baby Burrito. But in the beginning, I was ignorant. I let my better half hype me up about Senaida's and I saw that packed drive-thru and got hopeful. But when our burritos arrived, my cheese wasn't melted and it was mostly refried beans and cold shredded cheese with little rice to be found. Again, I don't eat meat so it's totally possible that someone going there for some carne would have a different experience. The staff we interacted with (dude who took our order on a tablet as we sat in the drive-thru and the cashier who passed us our food from the window) were all kind and efficient. But the burrito just didn't do it for me. Also, maybe I'm crazy but $1.60 for an extra salsa seems hella steep.

I love the food. Everything is cooked well, service is amazing. My favorite Taqueria. My family loves this spot as well
