Taqueria La Bonita

It's cheap, no frills, tasty tacos. That's all I've tried and I would 100% return. 3 tacos plus a side of rice and beans was $12. Total came out to $14 due to credit card fee, and even then it was still super cheap for a banging lunch. I got the Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Asada. Carnitas was actually probably my favorite - really tender but still had some crisp. The tortillas are really good; they don't skimp on the toppings; and the pickled veg that comes with is soooo yummy (little spicy so beware if that's not your thing.) Be prepared to wolf it down standing or head somewhere else to eat it.

Bomb chicken burrito, whole pinto beans have no lard and the chicken is juicy and flavorful. I will be back!

Food 2/5The burrito was a super burrito, enough to split for two. But they charged $25 cash (+$2 for credit card) even though the sign says $22 for the burrito. Got the carne asada. Didn't have much flavor, meat was pretty salty and there was more rice than you'd like. Still beating the, I'm sure there is decent Mexican somewhere in northern California drum. Service 3/5Nothing inherently wrong except they should be updating their signs appropriately. I'd be pretty sad if I rolled up with only $22 per the sign and couldn't get the burrito.Ambiance NA/5Nothing like Oakland's Autorow haha, it's a taco truck this doesn't apply.

Showed up for breakfast because real Mexicans have tacos for any meal. I had 5 tacos, the asada was cool, the tripa was not too crunchy but it wasn't too rubbery either therefore acceptable. The al pastor was awesome their chorizo was nice and greasy and the carnitas were wonderful, not the most favorite of places but good enough to come back 4.5/5 if i could .

Taqueria La Bonita is parked on Broadway @52nd St. near the rear gate of Oakland Technical High Street. food kitchen is at 4559 International ave.offerings: taco, burrito, tostada, tortas, nachos, breakfasteats: fish/lengua taco @2.50-steamed unbreaded fish fillet bits-moist tender lengua. -good portions, not a lot of flavor.-no pricing on menu. truck looks shiny new...frijoles refritos:-no dining tables, no parking available.-quick, courteous service

Solid food truck stationed right outside my work at 4200 Broadway. I was craving an afternoon snack and this totally did the trick. There are no prices on their truck, but the lady there told me $2 for all tacos and $2.50 for fish or lengua so pretty standard. They were out of the $9 3 crispy taco deal at 4pm on a Monday, which I assume is quite popular. I got the fish taco and really enjoyed it. I very much recommend this food truck.

! What gets me is.. I ordered 4 tacos and a large aqua Fresca.. lady gives my total of 12$. Pay with card.. my transaction was $21.00. How do you expect me to come back..

I crave this taco truck all of the time. The rice in the burritos is amazing. I usually get a carnitas burrito. I can get picky about my carnitas or meat in general. Fat chunks in my meat ruin my meal. I will stop eating somewhere because of it. They have done the meat correctly each time I have come here.BTW, the girl who works here watches the people around the truck and will tell big burly men not to cut in front of me. I'm a short small woman

I haven't tried the food. BUT I gave them a call to see if they can cater my work Christmas party. This lady was so dry and rude. I asked if she catered and her response was muffled, so i asked again and she so rudely said " I SAID NO" and hung up on me. What the actual fuck. I won't be trying this place never ever in my life, even if they have the last taco in the world.

Mediocre food. And they have no prices listed. Anywhere. And then you get a bill that is way higher than it has any business being.
