I come here for the pupusas because they aren't cooked in lard. They are made fresh per order. They even have dessert ones with strawberry jam inside.Parking lot on the side with plenty of parking. Can be on the slower side for takeout orders so make sure you place your order accordingly.

I came here to get a burrito it was decent not the best not the worst , it could have used more flavor but came with a side of chips . I came here as a child to eat their pupusas more than a decade ago and I liked them , so maybe next time I'll have to go try them out again .

I love supporting small local businesses. They got the best fresh hand tossed pupusas. in the east bay hands down. Jalapeño/cheese, or zucchini/cheese my favorite. I would recommend calling in your order. Some times it can take up to 30-45 mins when ordering at the counter. Believe me the pupusa's are well worth with.

Tried the super cheesy pupusas, very delectable and reminiscent of El Salvador.. a true taste of the motherland. Definitely would eat here again! Great place for some solid eats.. no frills for sure, just good food.

To make long story short I ordered pupusas revueltas and they forgot to put the meat in them . The main ingredient was NOT there. The pupusas were big but inside there was almost nothing. I'll stick to Las Delicias Salvadoran in Berkeley. Too bad because I really wanted to give them a try.

Food quality is good overall but their service is terrible, waited about 40 minutes just to get a burrito, and employees giving a bad attitude doesn't help at all. If you're okay with that type of service, then go for it otherwise, there is better options around town.

The chile relleno is fantastic. It's all I ever order there. I stopped ordering chile relleno elsewhere because nothing can compare to La Bambas.

I paid $16 for a super burrito, but it was overwhelmingly sour and salty. The host wasn't welcoming either--she rolled her eyes when I asked for salsa, which is typically served with the chips. Considering the price of just one burrito, I'm thoroughly disappointed with both the food and the service.
