Great burger and fries! We had a great experience . You order at the bar , take a number and your food is delivered to your table in a to go container. The burger is killer , perfect bun , perfect patty. The fries are delicious , way better than paying $15 for a cold sandwich at the airport .

Why is this place even still in business, I just had the worst Chicken Caesar salad I've ever had. Old chicken, with bone still in it, I had to leave it even though I was very hungry. To top it off, the servers clearly hate their jobs. Stay clear!

$20 for a sad Bloody Mary - mistakes were made! Do not stop by this bar. The food and drink offering at SFO are light speeds better than the offers at OAK.During COVID times, tables ARE NOT SANITIZED. Pretty unacceptable.

This is your typical overpriced airport dive. The food is average, the beer selection average, and the service average. We got caught in the Southwest "Lets All Stay Home" fiasco and waited three hours for our flight. But the good news is we did get a flight unlike many who didn't.So this place served as a wait station. A place with a plug for our devices to charge and for us to sit a little more comfortably than in the gate chairs.Yes, I'd come back if is this came situation. Or maybe I'd check out the wine bar, but this was closer to our gate.

Covid times in Oakland. Very limited menu, had to line up outside, and go directly to the bar to make an order. Take a seat, with a number, and wait for someone to deliver the food, which took a long time, and was very very expensive even for an airport restaurant/bar.In hindsight, we should have gone to the either credit card or airline "exclusive" waiting area with food and such - which was open to the public for a price. We compared what we paid at Tap & Pour for a beer and boxed meal - it was almost the same price. Our flight was delayed significantly, so we were at least glad they didn't push us out the door. Still, it could definitely have been better, even with Covid precautions.

Typical Airport food - Overpriced, mediocre with very average service.Hangover Burger was overcooked to the point of being dry, almost as though they cook them in advance and just heat them in the microwave. It did only take 5 minutes to arrive at the table and was barely even warm so it definitely wouldn't surprise me. The Burger itself had no seasoning and the ''fried Egg'' was more scrambled than anything. Fries - blah. Bottom line: Save yourself the $$ and just go for the Beer.

Wasn't this Chili's? Same decor, new signage. There's limited food and beverage in Terminal 1, so here I am. Empty house at 7:15am, but there's a long line for table seating. I just sat at the bar. A pleasant bartender asked for my ID and I'm tickled! Guess they are required to ask everyone. An older woman refused to show her ID and left. Sausage, eggs, tater tots, and toast were pretty good. Came out fast. Tater tots are smashed up with chopped red/green peppers and minced onions. Tasty. It's typical pricing for airport fare. You kinda self-pay if you use a credit card.

You'll eat here begrudgingly because it's all there is, and the food isn't bad but it's at least 75% marked up. The menu needs updating since they list bowls and big plates as plural despite there being a single option for each. The burger was alright; it was a bit on the dry side and cost $22 which is so ridiculous you can only laugh in disbelief.

Gee, it still looks like Chili's even if it has new signage and a new menu which looks rather suspiciously like the old one. Is this another chain, or does it feel like one? More importantly, why are us about-to-be-passengers straddled by such poor dining choices at Oakland International? It's almost like a culinary slap across the face like Oakland is telling me "Don't let the door hit you on the way out of our fair city." I ordered the absurdly priced $16.99 Classic Cobb Salad, and it was a mess on the plate (photo: http://bit.ly/2WgPTsK). Meanwhile, watch your feet as more impatient wannabe passengers don't appear to care how they drag their luggage out of those tight aisles.FOOD - 1 star...a mess and not very fresh-tastingAMBIANCE - 1.5 stars...Chili's Part DeuxSERVICE - 3 stars...the only semi-bright spot, a harried server who felt bad about the foodTOTAL - 1 star...Don't let the door hit you on the way out!RELATED - Stuck at the airport?
