Consistently good food. I order the butter chicken, chana sag, and tandoori chicken.

We got there early so had a nice table with a view. I had the chicken coconut curry. It was good, but since I've never ordered that dish at other restaurants, I don't have a basis for comparison. I give the wait staff appreciation for checking on us frequently, but it got to a point where they(2 different waitresses) were checking on us so frequently that it killed the vibe with my date. They kept coming to the table to clear my plate before I had actually finished, like they were in a hurry, even though there were plenty of empty tables. Pro tip: There is a delicate balance between too attentive and not attentive enough.

Ordered some food over a phone for pick up. whole wheat tandoori rotis with chicken curry for 1 person. Nice and easy, food was ready when reached there and what a tasty chicken curry they have. Recumbent it. I'll definitely dine-in. Thank you.

Chicken Tikka Masala: super good and yummy! No complaints. I got mild spice and it wasn't spicy at all. It was actually more on the sweet side but still tasted really good. Make sure to order with rice or garlic naan. I got the garlic naan and it fit perfectly with the tikka masala. My friend got the chicken biryani middle spice and it also wasn't that spicy. We do have higher spice tolerances though. We came at lunch time when they were closing in an hour to get ready for dinner. The server was so polite and helpful! He recommended us food, constantly checked on us, and checked that the spice level of the food too. He was very attentive to any water/napkin needs!The ambiance is a great place to go for both dinner and lunch. I definitely recommend going for dinner and it's a nice dinner date spot too! The decorations also match the vibe for a cute dinner date night.

THEY ARE OPEN FOR LUNCH SERVICE!!! I was so excited to hear this because my coworker tried to take me here for lunch one day and they shut down the lunch hours due to the pandemic. The owners are so wonderfully humble and kind!! Personal service and very attentive!The appetizers were amazing!! Perfect Garlic naan!! Vindaloo and Korma were phenomenally fresh!!The dining capacity is HUGE, very clean, but needs lunch goers to fill them seats!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TANDOOR FOR LUNCH!!!

Came late on a Wednesday to have dinner and we were graciously welcomed in and serviced.Inside was spacious and clean, with Indian music playing. Menu had some vegan options - since it was my partner's birthday, we were going to have an all vegan meal. We had an Indian friend with us and he noted to the server to make the dishes "desi", which was the authentic way to indicate that we wanted the "Indian spicy." The most flavorful (and super spicy!) Dahl lentil dishes and Chana masala arrived in beautiful traditional serving bowls. The rice and garlic naan arrived shortly after- I'm a sucker for garlic naan and it didn't disappoint!Everything tasted delicious and even our Indian friend said the place was legit. My vegan partner also loved it and we even had enough leftovers for a snack the next day. Would definitely return to try the rest of the menu and glad that Pinole has some quality Indian spots!

First of all they are open on Mondays! We had lunch a variety of dishes all so delicious I had butter chicken & nan which was yummy.

I go there at least twice a week now. Their tandoor chicken, chicken tikka masala, and rice pudding are exceptional. The goat curry is awesome and is the same incredible quality as the best "curry goat" I grew up on in Jamaica (where it's practically the national dish). The service is highly efficient and these are genuinely nice people. The table spacing is generous and the place is always spic-and-span clean. Really an exceptional south Asian restaurant.

The food here was amazing. Came with a party of 8 and ordered a few dishes for the table. The atmosphere was pretty classy and modest, clean bathrooms and attentive staff. Was in love the garlic naan and the mango lassi. The portions look small but trust they fill you up. Great pricing, will be coming back.
