Overall, 3.5 stars.Came here twice in one weekend.First time, we ordered the Taiwanese Sandwich which I recommend! Flavorful marinated pork that has a bit of that pickled cabbage to cut into the savoriness. Overall nicely balanced! There is a huge chunk of belly fat so ask for a knife to cut this into smaller shapes.Next, special beef noodle soup. The soup is "old" which is not a bad thing at all. It's been brewed with beef chucks for a long time that it adds into the flavor. A side of pickled cabbage is provided if you wish to dump it in. I recommend you do because it adds another depth to the flavor. Noodles are nice and springy and it overall just has this nostalgic factor to me that I adore it. The beef chucks are inconsistent in tenderness mind you. I had one piece that was ultra hard and the rest was soft. Recommend getting a knife if it's too rough. Taiwanese Wonton is their signature dish! I love the soup. Subtle in flavor yet has character and it just feels very comforting to drink and eat. The wontons fillings are pork only so if you were expecting shrimp, no such luck. However, the wontons wraps are nice and chewy, yet soft and silky too. Overall, very well made and I love eating this!Lastly the spicy dried wontons. We ordered hot and that was unexpectedly super spicy! It was just as spicy as those Buldak Instant noodles, so be warned! Although quite delicious, we were dying by the end... recommend you try medium first and adjust...Then I came again the next day for dinner with another group of friends. This time I ordered popcorn chicken and the fried pork cutlet rice plate. These are very tasty and I recommend them too! And the green onion pancake was delicious! As far as service goes, first day was pleasant with some of the wait staff greeting and being cordial. Second day, it was another set of wait staff and they provided the basics in customer service. Keep in mind, we had to constantly ask for things. For example, we had a party of 6 and we asked for 6 more sets of utensils and bowls because we plan on sharing things. Well they only gave us 6 bowls first round, so we had to ask for 6 spoons. Then we had to ask for 6 sets of water. It's like we have to command them what to do and they'll do it...Overall, I enjoy this place for the wonton soup, popcorn chicken, and the beef noodle soup. I would come back again in the future.

Been coming to Tai Kee Wonton for years since they were first opened by Saratoga near I280. It's a family owned small business from Taiwan. They brought their famous wonton to the States and it's been a favorite of the Chinese community. My Husband is a fan of their spicy chili noodles. Fair warning, the heat is from a lot of black pepper so it's a long burn. However, it does come in 3 levels of heat. Our staples are spicy cucumbers, spicy fried tofu, and green onion pancakes. There's a garlic dipping sauce that comes with the tofu and pancakes that is to die for. We are vegetarians and that's why we don't have much to say about their wontons, but I hear they are excellent. I highly recommend coming here for a try and enjoy their family friendly service.

food not great. not authentic as I ate in Taiwan. service not good. I was scold because I took too much space, which there are plenty of open tables and seats for my dine-in duration. and only a total of 2 tables occupied. maybe I should leave and visit somewhere else since I feel unwelcome and uncomfortable here.this will be my first and last time visit, will not come again

Located in Berryessa, parking is plentiful and easy to find. There are a good amount of tables that cover a wide range of group sizes. I came in with a party of 7 and were all able to get seated.A1 (4/5): the wonton skin was thin and the filling was compact. The texture was on point and the flavor was good. The soup broth was delicious too. The celery added a nice crunchy texture and the garlic really pulled it together.

I've been searching for more good Taiwanese spots in the area, and this place has a decent service and a menu with many options.Ordered:- $8.99 Sweet Rice with Meat in Cone- $20.99 Stewed Pork Rice + Wonton Soup (4 pcs)- $14.99 Pork Chop Noodle SoupI really liked the wontons as the wrappers were thin and delicate. The wonton soup was also enjoyable, with a nice umami flavor. It was light yet flavorful. The sweet rice with meat in a cone was quite average. I usually enjoy the sauce that comes with this dish, but I didn't like the sauce here. The pork chop noodle soup had a similar flavor to the wonton soup. The noodles were okay--chewy and seemingly handmade (I'm not sure if they actually were). The pork chop was good, but I think it would have been better with chicken breast instead.

Reminded me of home!I went here during one of my trips to the bay. I was feeling a little under the weather so I wanted something soupy. I ended up getting the beef noodle soup and the wonton soup. The beef noodle soup had amazing flavor. The beef could have been more tender but I still loved it! The wonton soup was amazingly comforting and had a light flavor. The service was great and everything gave a homey feel. I will definitely be coming back next time!

We were in need of lunch again (as usual) when running errands so we were looking at some options in the area.L O C A T I ONThis is place is kind of hidden among a lot of business complexes in the Lundy Plaza. There's a few other restaurants and shops in this plaza. There's plenty of shared parking and found a spot around it.M E N UThey have a variety of Taiwanese fare. We focused on specifically a wonton noodle soup and something else. That something else was a Special Chili Sauce with Wontons as we usually tend to like chili wontons at other places and we like wontons plus this place sounds like they specialize in wontons! The special chili sauce with wontons which we ordered mild was....definitely not mild. My mouth was on fire. So don't get this if you're thinking you're get a slight tingle. This was tongue, mouth and back of throat spicy which kept building up the more you eat. Thank goodness we had the soup for a non-spice break. Outside of the spiciness, the wontons were actually well made and looked super legit. The flavor for just being pork was actually super good. We were expecting 10 wontons and got 11 instead which is always a win.The same wontons are in the wonton noodle soup. You get 5 wontons in this one. The noodles were bouncy, the wontons flavorful. The broth was also quite flavorful. The soup was a little pricey but for quality, I'm willing to bend a bit.S E R V I C EWe ordered over the phone. They sounded really friendly and told us it would take 15-20 minutes. It was roughly that much time to get it. O V E R A L LWith prices plus an unexpected unpleasant spicy meal, I'd have to tug this down to a 3 stars. It's quite a detour unless you're in the area, so I'd love to explore more of the menu to get a better idea of what else they serve. So I'd be willing to come back. I'll definitely update this review in the future if that does happen. But I'd happily get that wonton noodle soup again in a heartbeat or any wonton dish just not the spicy one as I don't trust "mild" anymore.

I am Taiwanese so I was very interested and looking forward for the Taiwanese taste but when I get there I ordered the wonton shop and the Taiwanese sandwich, and deep fly chicken chops with noodle, all of them were not as good as my expectation, the meat in the wonton were dry as well as the deep fly chicken chops and the pork in the sandwich, for the American people who doesn't understand the Chinese food might not know how to tell the good or bad on their food but for me a Taiwanese , I won't go again
