Tacos Los Amigos

This was amazing food. I ordered carne asada tacos, quesadilla, and mulsito (sp?) the food was delicious and fresh. The service was fantastic. The hot sauce was not too hot.

Generous steak fries portion. Taste is consistently good. The service was speedy and professional. Definitely worth every bit of the $19 we paid for the steak fries and the extra fixing of cilantro. Still the best I've had until proven wrong.

Best tacos in Oakland hands down this taco truck has been around forever it's a gem. I especially love the Carne asada fries and the Chicken wing combo is delicious too. I can't wait to back. The area is a little sketchy but the food does not disappoint I promise you.

I came here once before about a month ago and was pestering my friend about the name. She didn't know, but she knew the location and we ended up driving here last night. When I tell you I love this stuff I mean it! I've been on a personal hunt for the best steak and shrimp fries and this one is it so far. Not skimpy with the shrimp just how I like, extra for the avocado but it was an essential item. This is my favorite junk food. $15 per order of it. $2 extra for avocado. CASH ONLY. I was short by a dollar and mentioned a Juneteenth discount lol. It made her laugh and I got my avocado. It's all in good fun.

55 steak cheese fries is an EAST OAKLAND staple. Grew up on these when it was down the block and now still come back to get my fix as an adult. Listen, everyone has different palates, but if you from these parts you'd appreciate some hood comfort food lol if you shop at Whole Foods and are picky about what you eat, just don't waste your time. This is for those who can appreciate a little greasy mess.

This infamous taco truck lacks many reviews that it deserves maybe because the name of this truck isn't well known due to the the name written in small print. This meaty fries with tiger shrimp beats every steak fries place I've been too. They're open super late, great customer service, NEVER skimp out on the shrimp or meat and most importantly it's always made fresh!!! I'd make the commute if someone would come with me because I'd have to admit it's not the safest place to come at night especially if you're not from around the area. But overall I haven't experienced anything other than great satisfaction of great steak/shrimp fries. VERY AFFORDABLE TOO!

Whenever I can, I come to this place to eat the chicken dish, which is very good, but the bad thing is that whenever I try to order by phone, they never answer the phone.
