Service was the best I have ever had. So fast it was almost stressful. Food was brought out before we finished ordering. Kbbq was very good, bulgogi was really good

Definitely still popular. This has been here for a minute and service is still super fast. Quality is definitely 6-7/10. Price increased a little since last time I was here but well worth it. Have to say it is hard to bbq and have hotpot lol. More or less, each round of ordering is 5 plates of meat and veggies.Their noodles now come in two strands instead of the one... makes me feel dated Ice cream flavor at the end is whatever they are serving during that period. They're definitely generous with their portions! Worth it .

Decent restaurant. Service is very good. I was disappointed that the Korean barbecue was not very good- I guess the quality suffers for the huge variety of food you can order. If you're a big eater and you don't really care too much about meat quality I guess it's ok.There is a huge line (2+ hours) which gets a little better if you reserve your place on the waitlist.

Interesting spot! I went on a Sunday right when they opened for my birthday. I thought this spot was clean and modern. Their service was also great. I was a little disappointed by their sauce bar as it was underwhelming, but still had the necessities. Their meat choices were decent and their marinate was good. I felt a little underwhelmed in terms of their BBQ but loved the hot pot choices. They noodles were delicious and I loved the other options beyond the meats. Overall, I thought this place was just OK as I have high expectations for hotpot and BBQ. If in the area, I would be back but wouldn't go out my way as there are plenty of other spots nearby. However, I feel say service was good in my opinion.

We went yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing. I've tried a few others in the area, but in my opinion, this one is unmatched. My ultimate obsession is Thai Tom Yum, and I've never had a better one outside of Thailand--except here! I even go there just to have the soup!Normally, they don't seat you until your whole group arrives because the 90-minute timer starts as soon as you sit down. But our server last night was so kind and seated us right away so my little girl wouldn't get tired or cold waiting outside. A big thank you to them for their thoughtfulness!

What a great experience at Superhot. What I loved best about kbbq and a hot pot combo is there are endless combinations and that's exactly what superhot gave us. There's an all you can eat option which is roughly $45 per person. Endless meats from red wine lamb to spicy pork to octopus, side of soup for your hot pot and anything you wanna put in it. Everything was affordable and kbbq is always just a fun time. There is a side bar that's help yourself so you don't have to ask for multiple sauces and such. All in all the service was wonderful, parking is a breeze and the establishment knows what it's doing. Def adding it to my list to return.

This place is always busy. Get there early and sign in. Of course, everyone wants to come and eat here. What can you expect? If you are a fan of hot pot and a fan of Korean bbq, this is a marriage in heaven. This is an all you can eat hot pot and Korean bbq. Yes, they have a condiment bar with sauces. It is self-served condiment bar. The menu has a large variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables that go with your hot pot or grill. Each person has their own individual hot pot. This is good for people that are particular of not sharing or allergies. They also have common dim sum items that are included if you want them. To top that, everyone gets an ice cream. The flavors change depending on the day. There is only 1 ice cream flavor per day. Service is quick. Food is good. We always leave with our bellies satisfied and full. Thank you and we can't wait to come back again.

This is my 2nd time here - both times with a group of friends. Both times, we were seated right before a rush of people came, so I guess we got lucky! This is an awesome place to have lunch/dinner if you like both bbq and hotpot, but can't make up your mind. There's plenty of ingredients - both meat and veggies - as well as side dishes, like soup dumplings and chinese donut sticks. Everyone will find something they like. All of us opted to have the tom yum soup base - it's delicious! I do find that the amount of soup broth given is very conservative and I asked for more from the beginning. After a confusing conversation with our server, more broth was brought out to us right after we got our pots. I highly recommend asking for more broth right away if you intend to eat a lot of the hotpot portion of the meal. The meat and veggies were all in good quality. I enjoyed trying all the other side dishes and would go back to try the ones I haven't yet. At the end of the meal, we are asked if we want ice cream - the answer is always yes. There's only one flavor a day, so you don't get to choose, but it's a nice sweet to finish off the meal.

Came on a weeknight with a friend for dinner and got seated immediately! This is an all you can eat BBQ and hotpot place where they limit how much you can order each time (5 orders of protein and 5 orders of vegetables / seafood / cooked appetizers). The orders are not a lot so they don't contribute to overeating. They are very fast though with serving food and getting our orders. They also have a sauce bar as well and will end with ice cream!

Ate here as vegetarian so take the review with a grain of salt if you must. FYI I went with a meat eater and they enjoyed this place a lot more than me.Firstly, I think there should be a separate prices for vegetarian/vegan vs. meat eaters. The price of tofu and veggies will never equate to the cost of steak, chicken, seafood, etc. One thing that bothered me a lot was that I had to repeatedly tell the server I am vegetarian. He kept either asking me what meat I want to order, handing me the meat the other person ordered or placing it right in front of me even though there was plenty of space on the side of the table where the person ordering meat was sitting. Service aside, the mushroom broth was extremely bland, it tasted like hot water. Not sure if we got there too early so it didn't simmer enough but I shouldn't have to rely so heavily on the sauce bar to add some flavor to my pot. They have a lot of tofu and veggie options but kept bringing me two little pieces of tofu when I ordered which I thought was weird. The meat plates were plentiful so it would've been nice not to have to ask for tofu over and over. The highlight of my meal and best thing I had was the green tea ice cream. Unfortunately, would not go back here, especially not as a vegan since the ice cream is the only thing that truly made my meal worthwhile.
