Tengo serca de una hora esperando en línea para enviar dinero y tienen 1 sola persona atendiendo todo el tiempo pasa lo mismo por las tardes en las mañanas atienden dos cuando más despacio está creo que el mañanger de este lugar está fallando por que pudiera poner a 1 persona en la hora despacio y por las tardes que realmente está suoer ocupado solo pone 1 di mi queja a el personal mente y la respuesta fue clara y precisa sin más no puedo aser nada para eso creo que como manager le doy un 0 la verdad que mal servicio no recomiendo este lugar por las tardes es orrible servicio

The parking here fucking sucks, staff is a hit or miss they chose when they're in good moods, also, if you use a credit card they will ID you, no ID, no service.This store is expensive for no reason. Especially during holidays/weekends. You can see how they hella raise their prices on the meats! Ridiculous. Some staff are friendly, others are rude and don't greet you. You work in customer service! Put a smile on your face. They don't sell alcohol at this location, only the one right across the street does. They have a fresh food/salsa cheese bar in the front, produce, canned goods, meat, drinks, even ice cream. This is definitely a convenience store, but you can find all of this stuff cheaper at the grocery stores.I only come here when I need salsa and don't want to make it fresh.. but it seems every time they get worse! The salsa is not what it used to be! The only reason I came in today was to get some ceviche as I was feeling lazy and didn't want to make it from scratch, and even that it seems they don't know how to make good anymore.

To tell you the truth they have the best bread (bilillo). We love the bread from there. Been buying for years. Unfortunately the customer service it's not very good. Approx 4:30 pm I asked the girl on the bakery how long would the bread come out from the oven. She replied approx 30 mins. Ok no problem. Left and came back. Saw that the break was still not ready. So I patiently waited. Seen at least 4 customers asking if they had more bread. But the girl would say no. No customer service. I mean attitude. Finally after waiting, I approached her and asked if the bread it's almost ready (she had told me 30 mins, and approx 45 mins had passed). She tell me . Nah it won't be ready till an hr. So I smiled and said thanks.Mi gente. I get we are tired after long days of work. But please, try to take care of your customers. . I won't be having that bread tonight. No big deal. The deal it's when you get shetty service. Other than that. We love you

I was born and raised in Oakland. And when I was young, this was one of the places that my friends and I would frequently shop for our snacks. My sweet tooth has been Americanized over the years, but I still have a love for the Mexican candy and sweet bread that they offer here. They also used to have a unaffiliated taco truck out in the parking lot, but they forced them to leave once they got serious about their own food. Honestly, I don't miss that truck at all as they serve some tasty burritos and tacos.The meat from the butcher shop here has been a favorite of my family for years. Sometimes it's lean, but sometimes it has a lot of fat on it, which is the one part of the animal that my family does not consume. They also love the cakes, such as tres leches, which is like a sponge cake. I'm not a fan myself of that kind of texture, but everyone else in my family LOVES it.I've also never had a problem with any of the staff members being rude or off in their own little world too busy to help me. They've always been nice and helpful enough to pause their break and open another register.Aside from all that, there are some problems with shopping here. For one, the parking is kind of small. And if you're unlucky like my brother, someone might open their door too wide and scratch your doors, followed by leaving without leaving a note. Everything is at a high price, such as a pack of cigarettes for $10. And sometimes a homeless/prostitute will be seen trying to solicit people near the entrance.

To be completely honest, there is something always going on with them. It's either the costumer service or the fact that they sell expired stuff. Many times, I've gone in to buy my groceries and they make you pay more than what they actually sell it for. For example, I was buying pampers that are about 7 dollars. When I went to go check out apparently according to the cashier, the small pack was 17 dollars. Mind you, it's the exact same pampers that are shown in the picture down below. When my mom and I went to go confront the cashier she proceeded to "check" their prices as if she didn't already know how much they were. Now, they sell cheese that absolutely reeks it's unimaginable. There is brown/green stains on the packaging of the cheese. It didn't even smell bad in the store, but when we opened it it's a smell you can't even imagine. It's not even expired according to the label!Unless you don't have other grocery stores near you, I don't recommend going to this one. Just wanted to add that the store is extremely expensive for their horrible customer service and food.

I don't know whether to start with the parking lot, employees, management, food or cleanliness here. The parking is terrible, its made for only tiny cars so if you have a truck or SUV, good look trying to even park. The employees are very disrespectful. I was recently standing in line to get "queso fresco" and an employee pushed me while they were sweeping. I understand they have to keep the store "clean" but an "excuse me" would be nice, rather than shoving me to the side. Also I don't know if the employees here go to work or to try and get a new boyfriend LOL. I can be in line to pay and I could be making out with my husband and they will still try and flirt with him. DO YOUR JOB.The managers are creeps. If you're going to this store don't wear shorts or anything that can show your figure. They WILL stare at you up and down and not even try to hide it. So uncomfortable and disgusting AND they get mad when you confront them about it. The food was good 3-4 years ago but now it is so bland and expensive for no reason. The nasty food is not worth those high prices. Also rats seen running around by me and family members that have visited this store, and flies on the bread. I got a slice of "Tres Leches" cake at the bakery a few months ago and it tasted like they used SPOILED milk. I honestly do not recommend coming to this store. I only go when I am really lazy and need something quick to snack on. If you have time go to a better store.

The most racist place I have ever went to and the worst employees ever I do not recommend and very dirty I saw ants and flies on the bread and the cakes it was disgusting

Dirty dirty very dirty and there was a fly in the bread I never come but my mom wanted bread never again
