Driving through San Jose and found this shop through yelp. It's a small shop with hot food ready for purchase. Other items are also made to order.I ordered plain dosa, idli sambar, and samosa ragda. Highly recommend this samosa ragda, delicious!Will definitely bookmark this place and come back next time!

I ordered takeout of mini thali and masala Dosa from this place. The price is very reasonable and affordable. The food was ready right on time. The masala Dosa tasted decent. Some of the items on the mini Thali tasted great whereas the others not so much. The tamarind rice and roti were very good. There is typically 4 entree items in the mini thali. The cauliflower item and the fried veggies tasted delicious whereas there were 2 dal items which were not great. One was plain watery. The curd rice didn't taste great at all and was smelly. Overall, a very good budget-friendly option to get good Indian veg food.

Sri Kitchen is a true gem! We ordered pickup for Idli, chilli bajji. I recommend calling and ordering in before so your order is ready by the time of pickup. Food is authentic, home-made flavors. We tried the idli, chili bajji, and vada, and each dish was absolutely delicious. The idli was soft and fluffy, the chili bajji had just the right amount of spice, and the vada was crispy and flavorful. Sambar is flavorful with thick consistency.Sri Kitchen is a must-visit. We can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!"

This is more like a curry point and not a restaurant. The food was pathetic and the ambience shouldn't anyways be expected ta this place. We ordered gobi manchurian and that's the worst gobi manchurian I had in my entire life. I'm 30 now!!! I'll leave it there. #indovegetarian #nooutdoorsitting

Really like their authentic home made style thali! Ordered grand thali this time that came with seven curries, and loved all of them. Also finally tried their masala dosa and Pav bhaji and these were just about alright. Will try more of their dishes next time but hands down to their thali!

I love Indian food and I know how to distinguish good south Indian food. I did not expect the excellence my south Indian friends cook at home and delight me from time to time, but I was expecting non greasy, not over cooked, not cold food. Even the chai was cold. Vedas were overcooked on the outside and like frozen inside and the lentil soup was cold and watery. Also, even though the restaurant was being cleaning with a very strong product, I had this feeling of being in a not very clean place (maybe is the light, don't know but don't feel like going back). Also, I have to ask for utensils and napkins, not easily available.

Mediocre food. Rude service. Asked him what is included in thali, he did not seem to understand English, responded in Hindi. The kitchen has cardboard separating it from the front counter. Not coming back here.
