Picked up the quiche Lorraine and the pesto at my local farmers market. Was excited about the salad that came with it until I saw the food preparer tossing it with his bare hands then touching everything else in site.It made me grossed out and I'm wondering how that is allowed from a health perspective.Won't be coming back to grab their 14$ slices knowing they aren't up to date with properfood safely and handling.

Dear Sonder, open up a restaurant and give the people what they want already. Every so often in life you eat something that makes you feel like you are in the center of the universe and it's all revolving around you. When you eat Sonder's Chicken Bahn Mi nothing else matters except for the space between you and that sandwich. Crispy chicken, toasty bread and nothing but the right mixture of fresh ingredients. There are few earthly things better than this sandwich. Now are you ready for the bad news? Sonder is only traceable through their IG and wherever they pop up. Every Sunday they are supposed to be at the Richmond farmers market. Stop your entire life, forget your family, forget your friends. Don't even brush your teeth. Get on your high horse and get there. Also the quiche is solid. That will be all. (4.9 Stars)

Saw a video of their Philly style roast pork sandwich and knew I had to try it. They popup at the clement street farmers market every Sunday so I kept it on my radar and finally made my way over. Sadly when I made my trip they had just changed their menu and were no longer offering the pork Sando, but alas I got the Chicken leg "banh mi" and with one bite, my sadness melted away. Sandwich was fantastic. Bread was nice and crispy, it had a good crunch but without being hard. The chicken was super tender and came in a pretty good portion. And all the other elements added lots of flavor! Would definitely eat this sandwich again. At $18 it was a pretty pricey sandwich, but that seems to be the norm anymore with artisanal sandwiches like this.

You can find these guys in San Francisco at the Sunday's farmer market on Clement Street. This particular farmer's market is very lively, and every time I get to eat here is a total treat. Their quiches are absolutely amazing. Pork sando is my next favorite. Their high-quality ingredients and service brings me back.Pic of their prettiest quiche I've had here.

One of the best sandwiches I've had! Gets popular during lunch time. It's a busy stand at the Clement farmer's market, and was about a 15 minute wait. Would recommend coming early since a lot of the stuff gets sold out by noon. The meat is all freshly grilled at the BBQ behind the stand. Friendly service.I got the pork sandwich, and it's delicious. The BBQ pork is so rich and dripping with juicy flavor. The bread is the perfect blend of crunchy and soft. I love the chipotle garlic sauce that adds a nice creamy spice. Even the grilled veggies are tender and refreshing. Every bite was amazing, highly recommend.

Love them at the Clement street farmers market. Best quiche! The chicken sandwich was bomb. Hot Chocolate wasn't hot enough but it was a pretty cold day.

The best sandwich I've had in a long-ass time. Sonder Cafe is a food stand run by former cooks at Chez Panisse. You can find them at farmers markets in the Bay Area serving up delicious quiches and sandwiches. The Philly-style roast pork sandwich ($18) is insanely juicy, dripping with flavor, balanced perfectly with garlicky broccoli rabe.Find Sonder Cafe at Clement St Farmers Market in SF on Sundays and Grand Lake Farmers market in Oakland on Saturdays.

I love the vegetarian quiche! It's probably the best quiche I've ever had! The quiche is very soft and jiggly, and doesn't taste heavy at all. It's definitely more on the eggy side. The pie curst was buttery and flaky. It was the perfect thickness. After you order, they will reheat the quiche in the oven but I suggest that you take it home and reheat it yourself since the wait for them to reheat could be long and it wasn't as hot as I would like when I had it on the spot.

These guys are at the Grand Lake Farmer's Market every Saturday, and they never miss. Today my girlfriend and I split a chicken leg "banh mi" and a BLT, and each of them were incredible in their own right. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the heirloom tomatoes were plump and juicy. I've had their quiches before and those were great too. In fact, I've never had anything bad from Sonder! Their prices are on the higher end, but you absolutely get what you pay for.
