Just finished some of their Mac n cheese! So good! I think I can honestly say, the first time I've ever liked anyone's Mac n cheese this much. (My mom, Gram & self's excluded)What a wonderful, delicious, thoughtful spread they put out today. Simply put, scrumptious! Their mixed vegetables were cooked & seasoned to perfection. Smoked chicken thighs were really tasty (& cleaned well) ;)This catering staff was pleasant, happy, organized, professional & aimed to please. If I ever need a caterer, I will call this company first. And I will definitely recommend them to folks. I'm picky, so it was a wonderful surprise to enjoy all their dishes so much.Sorry no pictures! Now, I can tell you I've been to many events: business, family, friends, etc., and none have impressed me as much as Smitty's.My boyfriend's sister just got married yesterday, and had Smitty's BBQ & Catering host the dinner at the reception. And let me tell you, every single person who was working the buffet was spectacular! Very whole-hearted and friendly people who went above and beyond to go in detail and serve the guests. Not only was the service amazing, but the food was divine. From the creamy Mac & Cheese, to the hot meats, and refreshing summer salad. Everyone was raving about the food, and I would lie if I said I didn't go back for seconds. I'd like to thank Chef Smitty & his wife, who brought out their best to this event and provided us with such extraordinary food and service. Highly recommend!!

We just had Smitty's BBQ for a family gathering and my phone is blowing up with leftover requests! Too bad we devoured that delicious meat, mac & cheese. and beans. So good!Between my personal and professional life, I have dealt with more than my share of caterers. I appreciate the fact that Chef Smitty was responsive, straightforward and super easy to deal with. I could tell from our first conversation that it was going to be a smooth transaction- and I knew from the yelp reviews and photos that the food would be great - and it was!When Chef Smitty and Rene showed up, they set everything up, served with a smile and took care of business (like pulling out the paper plates when I ran out of regular ones - oops!) After everyone was sitting down enjoying their meal, I tucked into my own plate and was just thinking about clearing the tables when Chef Smitty said he and Rene would be happy to clear for me - seriously?! Yes, sir! Thank you! If you want delicious BBQ, friendly service and happy guests - give Chef Smitty a call and let them do their magic for you!

I had Smitty cater our wedding and he went above and beyond! The food was so delicious, with the Mac and cheese being everyone's favorite! He made sure to help us with the smallest things and regularly checked in with us to make everything perfect! Smitty and his wife were absolutely wonderful and we loved how great of a team they are. Smitty's Best BBQ & Catering did an awesome job with our May 2022 wedding in Paso Robles, California. We are a very DIY couple and they both jumped in and went above and beyond to help us create an amazing wedding experience.All of our guests raved about how good the food was and how much they liked Larone and Rene. We had an A+ experience from start to finish when we used Smitty's Best BBQ to cater a school banquet! LaRone was so responsive and accommodating from beginning to end. And the best part was how delicious the food was! We'll definitely be using Smitty to cater for us again!

We couldn't be happier with the service and food provided by LeRone and his team. They were punctual and provided all the items we requested. Chef Smitty was extremely helpful in designing a menu that was perfect for our son's birthday event. We knew we wanted the Ribs and Brisket. In addition we ordered the mouth watering Mac and Cheese along with the tasty Baked Beans. The final piece of their preparation were the Collard Greens, delicious. I will use them for future events and recommend them to friends and family.

We used Smitty's Catering for our company picnic over the weekend and we couldn't have been happier. We had Macaroni and Cheese, Texas Style Brisket, Smoked Chicken, Broccolini with Parmesan, Carrie's Summer Salad and Mini Apple Pie's for desert. Everything was fabulous, especially the Brisket and Summer Salad. Our employees were raving about the food and some of them can be hard to please. The portions were plentiful and we were lucky enough to have some leftovers to take home and enjoy it again. Chef Smitty and his wife Rene were very professional and a joy to work with. We'll be using their catering again next summer!

Delicious food, hard to pick just one dish, everything was so good. However, I highly recommend their brisket! René and LaRone were so kind, professional, and personable. Everything was priced just right! Best caterers in the Bay! Will be using again.
