Smartrip Chauffeured Transportation

I wanted to book a limo for my friend's surprise party. I came across Smartrip as it was close to the location of pick up and the reviews were very good. I do agree with everyone, Issac was very professional and prompt in responding. He answered my question. I took away a star as I was told about the limo having some champagne with glasses but none were placed in limo. Also, unfortunately we had a different driver than Issac. The driver didn't come out of the limo to acknowledge us when we were ready to get in, we waiting for a min by the door and also didn't drive very smooth, so my friend's and I were a little thrown off in back, we had to remind the driver to slow down. Overall, the service was good, the price was reasonable.

Wonderful service! My brother found Issac's company and we couldn't be more happy with their service to and from OAK Airport. We arrived at OAK on a Sunday morning (12:50am) and the communication was great. We felt safe and the SUV was immaculately clean. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic Service! Isaac responded quick to my initial inquiry and we booked the trip. He was on time to get us to the airport with time to spare, and on the return, even though our flight was delayed a few hours, he kept in touch with me and monitored our flights to pick us up with no problems. I will use again and will tell all my friends about his wonderful service!

Great service! Isaac is a gem. My wife and i arranged for a ride to SFO from Berkeley the afternoon before our departure. Isaac was at our house 5 minutes early. His SUV was immaculate and the ride was great. Isaac was a pleasure and the price was very competitive. I will use Smart Trip from now on.

We used the services to have my son & friends taken to and from prom. The kids had a fabulous time and said Isaac was "Hella Cool"!!!! Since we had a small group we went with the luxury SUV. They got picked up & dropped off on time. And the highlight of their night was when Isaac went through the drive through to get them food before dropping them off. Great memories for the kids and great service for the parents. Thank you!!!!

Smartrip is a great service! I am so happy to have found Isaac via NextDoor.com, as some of our neighbors have used his service. He confirms the pick-up date and time the day before, he is punctual, polite and friendly - and he is a very safe, efficient driver. Isaac's rates are better than other private shuttle services - and you cannot beat a private ride to the airport, which translates into not having to leave as early for the airport as one would via a shared shuttle ride. Isaac's friendliness, punctuality and reliability cannot be beat. I have highly recommended Smartrip to neighbors and friends.

Never use this company.Booked an earlyride to airport for an international flight and driver never showed.I had to scramble and get an Uber at 4:00Am in the morning.Owner called to apologize which did me no good for my reserved ride.

We used Smartrip Limousine for a pickup in Lafayette at 2:30 PM and drop off at the Concord Jazz Festival with a return schedule at 11:15 PM. Our driver Isaac was courteous, punctual and had checked out the preferred drop off location, thereby saving us many steps. The vehicle was spacious, clean and a comfortable ride. Isaac is enjoyable to talk with as well!
