Parking is somewhat decent as this restaurant shares parking with a plaza filled with other places. Around 8pm it wasn't hard to find parking on a Monday night. Walking inside it's a huge spot with tons of tables which are rearrangeable so that any size group you have, they'll be able to accomodate. Since my party was 4, it was easy to just pick anywhere to sit. Know that if you're coming during the winter at night, it'll be cold. So make sure to wear a warm jacket. We had ordered: Andy's Fries which was Bulgogi Meat on top of Fries, we killed this instantly. The Creamy Rose Rice Cakes which we also killed since it wasn't spicy and it had bits of chopped up pork to add as a protein. Along with Kimchi Fried Rice, the rice was a lil bland so the pork actually saved the flavor. Then the Kimchi Pancake which was enormous. For Main dishes, we got Tacos which looked really good but i didn't get any since I was stuffed from the Korean Short Ribs and the Beef Short Rib Soup, which was my favorite (Probably because it was cold last night)I feel like the rice dishes in general are bland since last time I came here I got a burrito and it was too much rice and not alot of flavor.

New management?? Or new ambiance really. With the menu being revamped, the old existing items became smaller and the prices got taller. This used to be a crowded place that people would wait hours to eat at. Now it seems dead and the food is too small to enjoy.

The number of ratings and stars prompted me to try this place out. We came on a Saturday night. It was slow. Only 2 tables seated. The server wasn't rude but was just simply an order taker. The food was 50-50.- chicken wings - most normal thing -sea food pancake - this was good. - tofu soup with vegetables- nothing fancy nothing spectacular - chicken katsu - the chicken was so overfried that it was hard and difficult to cut into with a butter knife especially - galbi - this isn't the best galbi out there but it did job. Now, what was the most disappointing thing of all: the soup, katsu, and galbi came with white rice. The white rice was undercooked and hard. How does an Asian restaurant mess up rice? My son was pretty hungry after a basketball tournament. He ate a few pieces of galbi then asked to pack the rest to go so he could go home and eat it with microwaved rice. Overall, not impressed. Will not return. 2.5 stars

Can't go wrong with Sia Fusion, this was a place I frequented a lot in high school. Great food, portions, and they're open late! This is a go to spot when you need something to soak up the alcohol. The interior has remained consistent given the 5 year hiatus. Clean, black interior, easy to configure big parties or multiple small parties. The usual items I order are the Andy's fries or the Seoul burger. My friends typically got the other stuff but you can't go wrong with anything you order there.I'll always be stopping by here when I'm in the East Bay!

Korean fusion style restaurant in Newark that also sells hamburgers and Korean burritos. We met up here for a friends birthday and had a reservation for 4 at 7 on a Friday night. Located in a shopping plaza, parking is super easy. They were pretty busy, the sides/banchan are a little smaller. We ordered the army stew (buddae jiggae), seafood pancake, bulgogi fried rice, and Korean fried chicken (soy garlic and yuangmyeon). The portions were pretty big and we only had a little leftover. It wasn't bad but emphasis on the fusion. I prefer super traditional Korean meals but I've lived in Korea. Service was great and not too expensive.

I can't believe I haven't written a review for Sia yet. It's been a staple in Newark for many years in which my husband has been going to since his college days, while I was introduced may be like 8-10 years ago. Over the years, Sia has gone through changes, but their food has remained fairly consistent. I've had their Seoul Burger, Andy's Fries, Kimchi Fried Rice, Bulgogi Kimchi Burrito, tacos, wings, and the list goes on. My go-to are the Andy's fries and their burritos, which I recommend trying!Sia is a place to go when you're craving late night munchies or want some snacks while drinking. Prices are fair, portion sizes are generous to share, and service has been friendly and efficient. Overall, a solid Korean fusion spot in the area!

I used to love this spot and come here every now and then. It sucks that the food doesn't taste as good as before. I ordered the spicy rice cake and the rice cakes weren't chewy. The sauce for the rice cakes used to be my favorite, but it just doesn't taste the same. The only thing that was good were the Andy Fries.

This place is conveniently very close to my house and perfect for late night munchies because it's open until 2am, except Sundays at midnight.I love the vast majority of food options on their menu and they have from fusion food to Korean street food to even burgers. I thought that everything we ordered was yummy. The service was okay and the atmosphere was decent. I would definitely come back for late night cravings of Korean food!

Came here on a Saturday night for a party of 9 people and i didn't get a photo of everyone's food but definitely would come back here! No reservations but they were able to quickly put together tables for our group in the middle. Food arrived in a timely manner and everything tasted pretty good! The portions were enough where my bf and i definitely had leftovers for the next day. * Kimchi fried rice with beef short rib, stir-fried kimchi and fried egg on the top and one of us got spam for $18.99 each * Chicken katsu burger $18.99 x 4 * Andy's fries $15.99 * 14 chicken wings sweet & spicy and soy garlic $20.99 * Bibimbop with assorted vegetable and egg on the top $17.99* Ox Bone Soup Beef bone broth with beef brisket $15.99* Beef Short Rib Soup with green onion, glass noodle in clear beef broth $18.99

I come here all the time. The food is good. This looks like a heavy drinking spot and the food reflects that experience. Reliable quality.
