Shaw's Texas Style BBQ

Wow these are some finger-lickin' good ribs!I'm super lucky that my in-laws are always looking out for me and saving me some bomb food whenever they are out and about. We usually get flyers that remind us that Shaw's will be in town the week before and my pops-in-law already had a plan to grab a ton of ribs and sides.This past weekend I found myself getting down and dirty with these tender, flavorful bbq pork ribs, mac n cheese, and of course the Filipinx side of me had to add some rice. Delicious experience and love the support for local businesses. Next time, I gotta try my other favorite, brisket!

We bought a slab of ribs the 1st Saturday in May (2020).They were delicious! The sauce was perfect too.I should have taken a picture. We are looking forward to trying some of their other items. The ribs will be a must anytime we order from here for sure!

This BBQ truck was onsite at Four Fools tasting room this past weekend. Three of the four in our party had the loaded baked potato and one had the tri-tip sandwich. All we're very good and the service was great and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Delicious brisket and BBQ sauce! I closed my eyes while eating it, it was that good. Baked beans hit the spot, their mac n' cheese was okay. Looking forward to trying other items, especially since they're in Rodeo! :)

We had ribs and brisket meals. However the best thing was the spicy corn salad...my friend didn't like any of the food. I though the ribs were ok and the brisket wasn't the best. Another reason it I gave it 2 stars and not 3/4 is because of the price. It was too expensive for the quality & quantity of food.

Want good Texas style bbq then this is the place to go. You've got to trust BBQ where you can see the smoke. The ribs are smoked to perfection. Fall off the bone good. The sausage is seasoned absolutely perfectly and literally melts in your mouth. I also love the owners who are always nice and personable. Not to mention they often provide specials and discounts for first responders. It's rare to find a small business that not only has the great food but impeccable customer service. They often employ immigrants, students and family which makes this food truck all the more appealing. This is some really good meat. You won't be disappointed.

I love their BBQ. Owners are nice. I love the sausages and the ribs! Tri-tip was fine, did not amaze me. I was not able to try the chicken though, so maybe next time.Prices are not cheap but comparable to other BBQ place. Anyway, combo comes with two sides (except Tri tip)I like their location because it's close to my house. I can eat BBQ everyday.

Worse Bbq ever. We felt robbed. We got food 12-09-17. Chicken is dry. Breast broke into pieces. Yams came out a can. String beans with no seasoning. Ribs so tough we had to throw the ribs away. Potato salad came out a bucket from Safeway. This is a shame. Don't buy nothing from these people. Really ridiculous. Shame on you!!!

Delicious! All together we ordered the tri tip, pork ribs, links & brisket. All were incredible. I'm not usually a fan of links at BBQ places but these hit the spot. They're crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. All the meat was tender and the portions were generous. The sauce was a perfect blend of sweet & tangy. Recommended sides: Yams & baked bean:)Shaw's BBQ was worth the 40 minute drive! We'll be back several times this summer.

Delicious! We ordered 6 plates with sausage and brisket for our family with potato salad and beans. We all enjoyed our meal very much.
