Harry was awesome! Great communication start to finish. The Cadillac Escalade limo was perfect for our party. Exactly what we needed and will definitely be calling Sf Bay Xlency Limousines in the future for more events!

i normally don't give five ratings but this limo service deserves it. We called Harry to reserve a limo van to take our kids to Prom and trusted their services. Harry was very communicative to ensure all arangengements were handled correctly. The Driver showed up on time, was communicative as well, the limo van accommodated the group comfortably (12 Teenagers) and soft drinks was provided plus water was available for the kids. Most important the kids had and fantastic time and came home safe.

Had hired Harry last month for a birthday event in Livermore. He was great my friends had such a great time in Livermore Wineries we want to do it again ! Amazing customer service beautiful limo too

I normally don't do reviews, but this company is AWESOME! I made reservation for my daughter and her friends for their prom, Harry offered his amazing service and was very helpful. Harry is very easy to communicate with and is very responsive. He texted 2 days before to confirm reservation and assured me that the driver will also text me the night before pick up day. I am very happy with his service, so much so that I am in the processes of booking with him again for another prom in a week.The driver, Saul, was punctual and communicative as well. He got the kids from point A to point B safely, and was already waiting for them when it was time for pick-up. Another thing that stood out was the assistance offered by Saul, helping the girls in and out of the Party Bus. It is the little details like this that made this experience worth it to the kids.

We just did a bday outing and had a wonderful time! Harry was the person I corresponded with and also our driver. He got right back to me sent my quote right away responded anytime I had a question very quickly. He was on time and we had a great experience!

Harry was incredibly punctual and accommodating for us in every way, and on the 4th of July! He picked us up in Oakland, drove us to Lake Berryessa, hung out for 6 hours with no complaints while we were cruising around a pontoon boat, then helped load the bus again and took us home safely. This was the best party bus service I've used in the Bay! Make sure you ask for Harry!

Harry was the kindest and biggest help to our bachelorette party. The bus itself can fit up to 13 people but for 7 of us it was amazing. He was safe and helpful. Even when we got lost he turned us around like a boss on a narrow windy road and got us back on track. We had the best time and would definitely use his services again for any event we need to travel for.

Harry was amazing! He came to pick us up in a beautiful white Limo.We toured the wine country and it was our best day ever!! He was very prompt and at the last minute was able to come 1/2 hour early. He was so kind and respectful. He was inpecably dressed. We truly felt special. We had a tight schedule on our wine tour.. And he got us there on time and in style! Mostly we felt so cared for and safe.. Like a family friend not a chauffeur!! Sitting in the back of the limo drinking champagne we felt like movie stars.. Even our 85 year old momma. We can't recommend Harry highly enough. Anyone looking for amazing transportation for your group look no further!. . Harry and his limo were amazing and his prices are so fair!!
