Delicious pupusas and a most gracious waitstaff who did everything to ensure we had a nice lunch. Highly recommend for both food AND service. The ladies could not have been nicer.

Bad customer service, the owner was very rude, I ordered a drink and ask for the restroom, she asked me if I was going to order a meal and I said yes but for now I'll start with a drink so she asked me to pay for the drink and the food in advance if I wanted to use the restroom with a very bad attitude, I paid the drink that I ordered and told her that I won't be eating there anymore because I didn't like the way she treated me and she said she didn't care, this people is in the wrong industry, they have no idea what hospitality means.

After my last review, I'm not sure why I still bother here.. I guess because the food is good as I mentioned BUT that's no longer the case .. Came in today and ordered 2 pupusas over the phone I was told it would be $7 even, upon arriving I was asked if I wanted to add anything in which I added a CAN sprite and asked for my total, the new waitress looked over at the owner (seemed like she was making sure she wasn't paying attention) and told me $12. At that point I asked how much a can soda is as that was an additional $5 just for a soda to be added on, the waitress was stuck and didn't know how to respond she said the owner would ring me up in a minute when available. She rung me up @ $10.19, sooooo where was she pulling this $12 total from? She didn't even have a register on front of her she was standing by the dine in tables giving me this ridiculous total. So we're just charging whatever we want now ?? Or was that your way of securing a tip? (Which I was going to leave until that experience.) Disgusted and appalled. Will not be returning, food has gone down hill as well. My pupusas barely had filling, pure masa. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

What can I say!lol The owner is not so friendly but her food is good Still the best pupusas in town If you coming for the food and you don't mind to be treated disrespectfully come Her dad is awesome as well as her mom

I love this place! Even though they might be rude, that's the way you can tell it's a fire authentic spot. If you're soft please don't come and bash them about their food when it's really one of the best pupusa spots! The interior feels like you're at someones salvis aunties spot! The server is a little slow and you got to repeat yourself but she's so kind! Just have patience.

Worst customer service! The ladies that take orders were rude an answering questions about what payments they take there was no need for their nasty attitude first time customer and last time we will ever go there and the food wasn't even all that

This place is terrible. The people taking orders have bad attitudes and treat you like garbage if you don't speak to them in Spanish. The quesadilla I ordered was supposed to come with guacamole, sour cream and salsa, it only had chicken and cheese inside. They piled it on top of each in this gross, soggy, uneatable mess with an oversized dollop of sour cream and a tiny wedge of avocado on the side. The way they treat paying customers is disrespectful and their food was disgusting.

I always go here for tamales -- everything else is super, too, but the tamales are my top favorites!

My God, I don't even know how this business is still open :( Had such a horrible experience with the old woman behind the register. Very rude response to a simple yes or no question. The food was also not that great . People , if you want to save yourself a heart attack from not telling this woman off take your hard earned money elsewhere. If I can rate this place a ZERO I would.

Just walked in here around lunch time between work appointments. Asked to use their bathroom since it was locked. Lady was like: what do you want to order first, bathroom's for customers only. I was thinking maybe a taco or burrito, then she immediately asked if I had cash even before me uttering a single word on the order (since there's a $20 min for credit cards). I just left cuz I felt so disrespected with all this questioning. No thanks, don't really need you, can take my biz anywhere
