Rue Rue's BBQ occupies the corner space of this commercial space. appears they are here on the weekends.offerings: tri tip, chicken, link, ribeats: 2 way combo (20) with beans, watery mac, bread slices, ribs, links-beans were the usual. unsure if they are homemade-mac "cheese" was tuff, skipped-ribs mostly bones, fat, and overcooked/burnt meat-links ok, slightly dry.-meats average at best, drenched with oversweet bbq sauce. take outs:-tri tip may be the best option.

Hella good! If there was a half star I would add it to the 4 Yelp offers. A good friend bought this by today knowing that I love Oakland Barbeque all the way back to the days of Flints on Shattuck. The links take me back to Flints - they have coarsely ground meat and are cook just to this side of perfection. I also had the ribs which were meat-off-the bone good and with the perfect touch of smoke. The beans and potato salad were tasty sides as well. My only suggestion is to ask for the sauce of the side since it is a touch on the sweet side. That said, the bread slice was handy to swipe up the last bit of sauce, though. I am grateful to my friend for introducing me to Rue Rue's and I'll be there in person next week.

Very impressed with the food, servings (substantial). Service is A1 very nice. I have to say I've never had a bad experience at Rue Rue's. Oh let me not forget the ribs are smoked perfectly, tender and juicy. Try it. That's all !
