I stumbled upon this tea shop while waiting for my Chinese takeout next door, and I'm glad I did. The contrast between the tea shop and the restaurant is quite striking. The tea shop features a charming decor with aesthetic letter lights and faux grass, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. The self-ordering stations add a modern touch, making it feel contemporary compared to the more subdued environment of the Chinese restaurant. The staff here were exceptionally kind and took the time to answer all of my questions patiently. They were very helpful in guiding my drink choice and kept me updated on the estimated time for my order, which stood out positively compared to the service at the adjoining restaurant. After I received my order, they smiled and thanked me, which added to the pleasant experience.I decided to try the **Brown Sugar Organic Milk/Milk Tea Boba with Crème Brûlée | 10/10**and rated it a solid 10 out of 10. When I asked the staff for their recommendation between the Oreo puff cream and the brown sugar crème, they suggested the crème brûlée, and I'm really glad I took their advice. It's one of the best boba flavors I've had so far. The crème brûlée topping is definitely the highlight of the drink, but the warm and fresh boba deserves a mention as well. The boba is chewy and sweet, adding a delightful texture to the experience.I appreciate the thoughtful construction of the drink--warm boba at the bottom, ice-cold tea in the middle, and a torched, crispy sugar topping. To fully enjoy it, I recommend sipping without a lid and using a straw intermittently for boba bites while relishing the sweet cream and crunch of the crème brûlée.The drink was so delightful that I returned the very next day to enjoy more. I haven't explored other flavors yet, but I'm thoroughly impressed with this one, so it may be a little while before I venture to try something new.

I've always enjoyed visiting Royaltea when going to Fortune Cookie. The location shares the building with Fortune Cookie and they are located across the street from Washington High School. They have recently upgraded to have 2 ordering kiosks. The kiosk is easy to use and you are able to see pictures of the menu items, making it easier for a new customer to decide what they want. This place is a pick up and go spot. There's some skinny tables with bar seat style chairs but no one really stays to finish their drink inside the store. Cup design has changed but the size is the same as before. See photo for size comparison of regular and large. Large is an extra dollar as of 1/18/25

Honestly, Royaltea USA makes the absolute best Oreo Boba Drink in the Bay Area! The Puff Cream around the cup gives it that real Oreo cookie taste. The sizing of the cups vs. the price is really giving you your moneys worth. Of course, gotta add some boba pearls at the bottom too. Highly recommend always!!

Had to pick up a friend nearby so found this place to be a good meeting spot for a drink. Plenty of parking spots and street parking or even in the next lot. It seemed to specialize in cheese mousse or salted cheese. Very similar to Happy Lemon and I do like Happy Lemon's salted cheese. Since it was already after 5pm and I still wanted to be able to sleep at night, I only got a small Cheese Mousse Mountain Green Tea. Otherwise I would have gotten a large Cheese Mousse Oolong tea. The taste was not bad. I should have gotten more than 25% sugar, but all good. Refreshing and I would visit again. Wonder how their regular milk tea would taste.

A small boba shop that looks more like shabby storefront yet they served Chinese fast food take-out and bubble tea no room for dine-in. Upon entry we were greeted very warmly by the staff and the prices are down right cheap for those on a shoestring budget Bro chose one large size Thai milk tea 50% less sweetness for $4.75! I chose lemon yakult a very healthy nutrious tea for $5.50 large size with regular ice. You can place your order through self service kiosk or at the front counter. Definitely a place to go for all you're thirst quencher for a cool refreshment on a hot summer day. Here they provide parking for its customers share with other business though depending time and a day it can be a miss or hit.

I'd never heard of this spot in Fremont, but we were nearby and gave it a try. It's a small establishment with barstool seating, and a good selection of drinks. I was surprised to see meals on the menu as well.I ordered a Puff Cream Boba Milk Tea, which I'd give a 2/5. The tea flavor isn't really prominent, so it was pretty much all milk. The puff cream didn't deliver on its creaminess, but it was nice to see it spread across the cup's lining. The boba itself wasn't remarkable.

Royaltea is located in an awkward corner and shares a space with Fortune Cookie Chinese Food. Their shared parking lot is quite small and tight, as well as easily missed, so I would suggest parking along the street, if there are spots. Service is hit or miss, while the guy who usually works the register is decently nice, the guy in the back making the drinks usually has some sort of attitude and comes off a bit inpatient / rude. You either order in person, online, or on the phone - ordering ahead is best because they usually they take awhile with the drinks, especially after school when all the students come by. My go to order is usually their Cheese Mousse Mountain Green Tea here. The cheese mousse tea is usually good when they put enough of the cheese mousse, I usually get it with 50% ice and 50% sugar. I feel like they have one of the best cheese mousse in the Bay. The boba is not the best though - the texture is usually too chewy and soft, and the boba is usually warm as well, so it makes the drink a bit warm.

Really nice spot to get your bubble tea especially when walking around that area! However, this place needs a clean up specially the backend. Also, staff should pay attention to customers rather than looking at their phones all the time. Anyways, I got Oreo Milk Tea and could feel all the Oreo crumbs from it. I also like the hard plastic of the cup and also the design of it. Will be coming back soon though haha
