Red Chili

I've been coming here for years. I first found them in fremont/newark area and just loved the flavors of their Thai food. Unfortunately they closed but still had their original location off mission. It's a bit of a drive getting there due to Bay Area traffic lol but we love coming here to eat great food. Owners are always super kind. Always clean and never felt like anything was dirty. My favorite is the ChooChee fish and the Green Curry. So good! Not sure why it took me so long to review, but thank you and see you all again soon!

We came here on a weekend day during lunch and we were surprised at how spacious this place is. I counted at least 20 tables. There are 4-5 parking spaces in teh front and then more parking int he rear. We ordered the eggplant tofu dish and the rad na with beef. Our dishes did not come with rice, so we had to add that as a side for an additional $2. The eggplant tofu had great spices, but the eggplant was not tender -- it was more on the firmer side, which is not typical with these dishes. The rad na with beef was more bland than we would have liked. The noodles didn't have a ton of flavor, but the sauce was similar to the one in pad se ew. The Thai tea with boba was good and not too sweet. Our food came out lightening fast, probably not even 5 minutes after we ordered. Overall, this place had decent food and we would be willing to come back and try other dishes. The prices were reasonable as well.

This Thai & Vietnemese restaurant does not disappoint! They have a wide selection of food & all of it is so yummy! Staff is friendly, there is a lot of seating available, and prices are reasonable. This restaurant is on a busy street in a small lot so parking can be hard at times but it is worth it!

What a terrific place! Vietnamese and Thai! And both are done well. We really enjoy the food in general. The okra was a bit overdone but otherwise you have to note that they mean spicy! So for us mere mortals, even medium is quite good. Service is always awesome and it is a bit of a fine dining ish atmosphere with very nice art on the walls.

Went here after a while and was pleased to see the same great service and spice levels with the good. We got the choo chee fish fillet which had a red curry base and a chicken pad-phed with the hot spicy level. Note - this is seriously spicy! Portion sizes are generous and had a good helping of protein in the dishes. Accompanied with a side white rice which has to be ordered separately, this was much needed with the dishes we ordered. Good to see this place doing well, and we will continue to be back here!

(2 out of 5)Listen, this place is ok very hit or miss with the foods. Curry's are good, everything else was eh, pretty expensive for quality, one of the servers had a bad attitude. Location isn't the best. Inside ambiance isn't bad Rothyy.

To celebrate my friend's birthday, I treated her to lunch at this restaurant. We ordered spring rolls, pad thai and the grilled pork & shrimp vermicelli noodle entree. Honestly speaking, the food was good but the service is definitely lacking. As soon as we walked in, we were seated immediately and were given a menu. During the whole meal, we had to flag someone to place an order, to ask for more napkins, to ask for a take out box, and to get our bill. Their parking lot is small but I was able to find parking at the lot next to this restaurant.

This was ordered as take out.I am vegetarian and opted for tofu pad see yew and tofu fresh rolls. I enjoyed the noodles. For me, I needed spice though and wished there was another little cup of their chili sauce for it. I used the one that was provided in my spring rolls. The broccoli was nicely cooked - soft enough to bite into. The spring rolls, I was slightly a little disappointed with the ratio.. they are on the smaller side so I'm glad I didn't order it alone. I normally like a better bite of tofu and noodle, but this was a tad more lettuce the peanut sauce was good though.This was my first time as an out of towner visit, and would come back when visiting my friend who lives very close. My friend enjoyed the beef she ordered (didn't catch what it was called). For a late Sunday afternoon, there were 4-5 tables occupied and it's a very spacious layout.

I love using Red Chili for all my catering needs! I always go here for my big events and it's always a hit. From birthday parties, small gatherings, and even big gatherings-we always use Red Chili. During my grad party, the food was gone in literal minutes and we ordered so much too. They are communicative and helpful when catering since they get many orders for it. They give large amounts of food and of course, high-quality food. I highly recommend Red Chili to be your next caterer since the food is delicious and the service is great. 10/10 for everything.

I ordered the beef combo bbq plate and I believe I paid around $18 for this. It came with 1 beef skewer and 2 shrimps. I feel like I'm missing a whole skewer and 2 shrimps. I don't know... for that price it's kind of skimpy. My Dude will have it for dinner at work so I'll come back to update his take on it. I also ordered shrimp pad Thai and Vietnamese crepe which I enjoyed.
