Recommend BBQ Chicken or beer banh mi! Great portions with Banh Mi! Also, chicken pho was really good!! Next to try is the Beef pho. Very friendly staff and fast when you order. Thank you Rayman staff!

Food - 5Service - 5Value - 4This place was a great find in Oakland. Food was fresh and tasty and portions were good for the price we paid. I enjoyed the grilled shrimp and grilled pork. Egg rolls were also crispy and fresh as well. It did take a little longer to make our food than what we thought it should (15-20 minutes) but it's welcome trade-off. Better to order ahead if you can though since seating is limited and there were not any restrooms.

First time trying out this restaurant. I ordered delivery via GrubHub. 5 stars for quick food prep and delivery. 5 stars for food quantity/size. 3.5 stars for flavor and texture of the food: the eggrolls were crispy in the outside, but the ingredients inside had a very mushy/dense texture and the flavor was bland, so I'd give the eggrolls a 2... the pho broth was good (but I need to reorder when I'm not congested and can actually see if all of the important ingredients/spices are in the broth) and the bean sprouts/etc. and beef slices were packaged so nicely (and there was a decent amount if beef), so the pho gets a 3.5 (but I'll update this score after a couple more orders)... the banh mi's veggies needed more pickling and tanginess to contrast the umami from the pork (the pork was excellent, btw)... the sandwich was dry (probably because there was no pate or soy sauce on the bread, which was maybe a day old (so I poured some of the eggroll dipping sauce on it to make up for the dryness and lack of fresh tangy flavor), so the banh mi gets a 3. I like that you can get a side of broth with the sandwich. I'll definitely try this place again.

TV at left for viewing.Offerings: appetizers, banh mi, noodle soup (pho), grilled noodle soups, rice bowls, vermicelli bowls, drinksEats: lemongrass beef banh mi (8.95)-relatively large baquette filled with generous portion of tender, juicy lemongrass beef with carrots, jalepenos, cilantro, cucumbers...-very fulfilling. Was able to quickly eat it next door before it cooled. 4.5 stars unexpectedly deliz & worthy. Unsure how well the other entrees would have traveled so not 5 stars.

Not sure if i would recommend, but, it wasn't too bad. Definitely not better then some I've had in the area. Take out only. Only 2 employees small but clean spot.Menu much less to offer than most pho places. No side of meat options available unless it's in the soups. Rayman was nice, not overly friendly ,but not rude. Fast service. Very small portions of pho noodles and full portion of soup. I didn't like i ordered a veggie pho and all my veggies were completely raw. Every where else has come steamed. The soup broth is hot to the 10th power but not hot enough to cook the veggies. So i had to cook them, then add to my soup at home. Veggie, Chicken, Beef broth options!My veggie sandwich was ok bread seemed like it was a day or two away from being stale, however i like to dip my sandwiches in my broth so it was ok. Definitely would try something else

Frist things first - reasonable prices! Not sure how it became acceptable for banh mi sandwiches to cost more than $10 - but they do NOT this place! Food- Lemon Grass Banh Mi Sandwich - tons of ingredients BUT VERY DRY - had to create our own mayo/sriracha sauce- Shrimp spring rolls - 100% a must order item! They give you more than enough shrimps in the roll and its tons of flavor- Pho broth - a broth makes or breaks pho and this one was very delicious and a great paring with the banh miBottom line I would go back again for a second try and fingers crossed the sandwich isnt dry.

Wanted to try a new place. Read the reviews on the Banh Mi and decided to try it. I got the grilled pork Banh Mi with soup on the side. I also tried the shrimp spring rolls. The Banh Mi was a super dry, when I looked in the sand which there was no Mayo spread at all, so I had to make sriracha Mayo at home and add it in. The flavors from the pork were delicious as well as plenty of veggies you come to love in a Banh mi. I loveeed this spot. Spoke to the owner and well definitely be returning customers. The soup was the best soup ever had thus far and I consider myself a foodie through and through and do I've eaten out A lot . Thanks Rayman. Props to the chefs

I like this place, it's walking by distance from my house. If I'm ever craving Bahn mi I will come here. Can't really go wrong with a sandwich! The service is always good and they're also really fast.

This place was formally Tu Tai 3 and the owners, a father and two sons reinvented this place into Rayman's Nudough and it is take out only but the portions are humongous! Hubby ordered the grilled fish spring rolls, lemongrass beef over rice, shrimp vermicelli, grilled fish noodle soup, grilled pork noodle soup for two days of no cooking! The grilled fish is swai and it was tasty and portions were huge! I had the shrimp vermicelli and the portion was humongous, with large tasty shrimp. The grilled pork noodle soup had delicious pork for days in it. Now we have a neighborhood to go place for Vietnamese comfort food!
