Ramen Shu

For what it is, this place hits. They serve quality ramen in a pinch and their space is spacious and clean. Its actually a lot bigger than it looks because there is a whole second room.As for the food the Tonkotsu Ramen was actually very light and flavorful. The pork was tender, and the broth light. Could it had used a bit more salt to bring out the broth a but more? Perhaps. But first impressions of the ramen was a very positive one and would def come back for those cold winter days.As for the karage, it was piping hot and had healthy amounts of chicken for its serving. The pieces were fairly big.Overall highly recommend for convenience, cleanliness, and accessibility to good ramen.

Pretty chill dinner spot. I will say the service here was superb! Interacted with 3 different servers/staff and they were all very sweet and attentive.Kuro Tonkatsu Ramen (4/5): Broth was flavorful and the meat was really yummy. I may ask if they could undercook my noodles next time if possible (personal preference), as it was pretty soggy. However, it was good for a standard, non-customizable bowl of ramen.Parking lot was pretty full around dinner time on a Friday night, but it's in a plaza with lots of other parking.

I came here with a friend right at opening time and there was already a group of people ahead of us! That's a good sign right?? chicken katsu curry -- generous portions and nice crispy katsu aka tonkotsu ramen with corn -- I think was the spicy red one? That was had good toppings and flavorful broth. chashu aburasoba -- nice chew to the noodles takoyaki -- yummy!! salmon sashimi tobiko don -- looks pretty but needed some soy sauce b/c it was bland chicken karaage don -- big chicken pieces. I prefer small bite size. I liked the dipping sauce though! gyoza -- just ok, not special mango cream soda -- refreshing and bubbly! Verdict: Pretty solid spot in the area.

Tonkotsu Ramen is light and flavorful with tender pork and egg. We asked for level1 spiciness which is a good choice.The karaage is great, it was served hot, generously portioned, and satisfying with the dipping sauce. Agadashi tofu was just mediocre, serving the fried tofu in the dipping sauce is a bad choice, the tofu was soggy.Overall, I will recommend this place for its convenience, cleanliness, and good ramen--especially on cold winter days.

Came here for a friend's birthday and we got Ramen and appetizers. Honestly, the Ramos was pretty good ! It was slightly busy during the time that we went. So make sure you guys come early . I got their level 2 ramen and it was spicy. Super clean inside. I would come again.

I love Ramen Shu, they never disappoint! My husband and I picked here for our Valentine's date and everything from the service to the food is just perfect.The food comes out hot and fresh. Flavors are all there! Server was excellent and our water stayed filled. They even had a Valentine's Day special! Best Ramen place for sure!

I came right when they opened at 5:30 and got seated right away for a party of 2. This place is pretty popular! Seating was filled within 30 minutes of opening. I ordered level 2 spice and it wasn't spicy to me. I think next time I'll ask for level 3. Both broth tastes amazing but it depends if you're feeling something heavy and creamy or more on a lighter side! I personally liked my daughter's dish more than my own because it didn't have that heavy creamy feel to it.

Ordered the shoyu ramen and the black garlic tonkotsu ramen! Both come with their own set of pre-selected toppings. Personally my favorite was the black garlic

I ordered the Spicy Kuro Miso Ramen and was satisfied, has a distinctive taste compared to the other ramen houses. Staff were nice and polite. Ambience is semi-authentic modernized take on what a Japanese ramen house would look like.

Tried this place because it was right next to the Laundromat that I frequent. The location is pretty good with a lot of parking spots nearby, and there are some shops nearby too in case you were looking to run an errand. The place was pretty big and had a lot of seating area. Great place to go for a quick lunch if you were craving ramen.The food was okay. The broth was not as creamy as I would like but the noodles were pretty thick. Our orders came pretty quick and it was not hard to ask for service when needed.
