Ramen 101

Everytime I go the ramen is absolutely insane. So freaking good ! It's piping hot and getting extra spicy is a must. The lady who works there is always there and is always sooooo sweeeeeeet !!! She remembered me when I went twice in a week. This is my favorite lunch spot !

It's crazy that locals think this is phenomenal ramen I genuinely wish this was good since they're everywhere. We need good ramen in the area!!

Great ramen spot in Dublin! They had quite a variety of options and I was happy to see they had a vegan option. This one had tofu and an array of interesting mushrooms. The portions are huge and service is fast and friendly. Great spot for lunch!

I like Ramen 101 because I know what to expect with any of their chain restaurants. It's always good. I also like the order at the counter, pay and pick a seat. Very casual and ramen always hits. I get the black garlic ramen mild spice. I am pretty sure I can go for medium but I wasn't feeling spicy tonight. Staff is kind and trust me when I say that their bowls are huge. We came at around 8:30pm. We had miso and tonkatsu ramen. The broth were really good. We like their takoyaki as well. Service was ok but when I asked for a cup of water, it never came. Ambiance was okay too. I like their wall. Reminded us of our trip to Japan.

After losing my voice on a week-long trip to San Francisco, I craved some soup. While shopping in the area, my family and I decided to have dinner at Ramen 101. Though the restaurant was busy, we were able to find a table for our party of four right away. The space was cozy yet provided ample seating.The staff at Ramen 101 was friendly and attentive. Our group ordered a variety of entrees, and I chose the seafood ramen and green tea. Seafood ramen isn't something I come across often, so I was eager to try theirs. Priced at $16.99, it included shrimp, scallop, fish cake, boiled egg, corn, green onion, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. The portion was generous, packed with protein, and the broth was flavorful. It was filling and I enjoyed it. My party enjoyed their entrees as well. No complaints!

Ramen 101 has become a favorite spot for me to visit with my daughter. If she had the choice, she'd probably be here every day. It's a solid place to get a very good bowl of ramen. I usually get the chicken ramen because it comes with a lot of chicken in it. I like the pork too, but you only get two slices. With the chicken, there's a lot of it. One thing I noticed, and I'm not sure why it is this way, but all the Ramen 101 locations I've been to in the valley all cut their eggs in half. Both locations that I've eaten at in the Bay Area keep their eggs whole. Not really a big deal, but I wonder why the difference. Another thing that I can never be sure of is which menu I'm going to get if I've never been to that particular location. I've been to locations with a kids menu and a Hawaiian BBQ section while other locations don't have the kids menu and they bento boxes in place of the Hawaiian BBQ. I only mention it because I introduced the place to my mom and she really liked the bento boxes. So she told my dad about it and then we went into this Dublin location and discovered that they have Hawaiian BBQ instead of bento. It was a little disappointing for her, but she still got something she liked. I just don't understand why there's so much inconsistency. Regardless, we did have a good experience here and the food was delicious.

Ramen 101 is a decent Japanese spot. It's not the most amazing, but it'll get the job done. I went with a bowl of Black Garlic Ramen and it was pretty tasty. I think I would've rather gotten the Tonkotsu though--next time!There are lots of good eats in this plaza and Ramen 101 is a solid choice if you're not sure where to eat.

I don't usually eat ramen bowls but after this one, I have a change of heart. Well seasoned and just the right amount of spicy. I ate the whole thing.

I don't think they understand food hygiene.There was steel wool in my food in the takeout order I got. Unluckily, i found it at bottom of my bowl when I was almost finished leaving a foul feeling in my stomach
