Qualitea

QualiTea is consistently the best boba shop in Pinole! The staff are always so welcoming and ready to answer any questions you might have. I always switch between the Mango Matcha and Matcha Strawberry with boba. It's so good and such a treat every time. The inside is very clean, with a few options for sit indoors. Parking is fairly easy too as the shop is located on the less busier side of the lot. I'm already planning my next trip in this week!

My husband and I discovered a great tea spot! My husband and I were driving through the area and decided to randomly stop at a boba shop with an interesting name. I tried their jasmine milk tea with boba, and it was delicious. The drink was not watered down at all; you could really taste the jasmine flavor. I opted for 70% sweetness, which turned out to be the perfect amount for me. The boba was solid--nice and chewy, not old or hard.Overall, I thought this place was really good!

Came in on sunday evening.Ordered a passionfruit tea. Kinda exactly what i expected--Not bad, not great, but good. Pretty on par with everywhere else I've ordered a passionfruit tea. Nothing really stands out, but that's perfectly fine. Prices are pretty average and service is pretty good. Environment is a bit sterile, but nit necessarily a bad thing.

I was in the area and wanted to come try this place since I had never before. There was parking right outside and it's located in the back of a strip mall/plaza. I walked in and the cashier greeted me immediately. I saw a photo of green Thai milk tea and was excited to order it. It's something harder to find across all boba shops. I adjusted the ice level to 25% and sugar to 25% as well. The total was $6.75. The order came out pretty fast. The inside is clean but not much in terms of taking photos like backdrops or anything. The Thai green tea was not what I expected. I didn't taste any tea, or the condensed milk. It tasted like water with some slight cream in it. I would not order it again. I was confused when I drank it. It didn't resemble a Thai tea at all!!

This is based on an Uber Eats pick up order.I ordered the Creme Brulee Milk tea and it was 4/5 for me. I was expecting a creme brûlée crunchy topping but the online description says "thin layer of caramelized sugar" so I can't complain. I forgot to order boba in it ‍ but I would for sure return back and try more!

I was here on a Monday afternoon. I loved being able to take my time viewing the drinks and order at the kiosk. The place was clean with a gender neutral restroom and 4 tables to sit at. Parking was easy in the large lot. They started making the drinks as soon as I submitted the order and it was ready in just a few minutes. I ordered the Matcha Blossom and it was perfect! The ratio of matcha to strawberry was balanced and the boba was soft and chewy. Our drinks were brought to our table rather than left on the counter for us to pick up. Excellent experience overall!

This is a super quaint little spot with a decent menu. All the servers I've had have been very quick, efficient, and kind.

Located in the Lucky's & Big 5 plaza in Pinole, Qualitea truly lives up to its name. I am very picky on boba because I like strong tea forward, not too sweet, and not too milky. Qualitea hits all of this! I got the Golden Oolong and the Strawberry Matcha both at 50% sweetness and it was perfect for me. Pearls were cooked to perfection which is very crucial. Came in 5 mins before closing and even so service was fast and friendly. The inside is very clean but no tables or anything so this isn't a chilling spot just grab your drinks and go. I think out of all the boba in the area popping up in Pinole, this one is the best tea forward quality option.

Great customer service and most definitely high quality drinks. If you're used to boba drinks from the more popular chains, they you need to raise your standards and order Qualitea whenever possible. All the ingredients are fresh and refreshing. My go-to is the virgin lychee mojito, light ice. Sometimes I add crystal boba or lychee popping boba. Never found this drink anywhere else. The blended drinks are all very good, and they literally scrape the blender and lid to make sure you get every drop in your cup. I love that they try to minimize wasting product. They have a convenient online ordering system if you have the Clover app. If you set up a profile, you can earn points for a free drink. Don't sleep on this small boba shop in the Planet Fitness shopping center. It's definitely the best one in our area!

I never knew that place existed in Fitzgerald. I knew about Teaspoon opening up in neat PetSmart. I was inform that this had been open for over six months. I tried Qualitea and I was not disappointed on my drink.The service was good. I was given time to figure out what to order and I tried the Deluxe Punch which was very good compare to the drink that I had at Sharetea. The inside of Qualitea is small but it is worth ordering a drink. You can create your own drink instead of the ones listed. It is suggested to look carefully before making an order.
