Pruett Farms

A wonderful afternoon at Pruett Farms Winery. The owner, winemaker was informative and knowledgeable. The Chardonnay is from the Lincoln and Plymouth area and Livermore. The owners have been on the property for 10 years, and numerous years making wine, and opened the tasting room in July 2023.The wines were pleasing to my palette, the Petite Syrah was smooth and less tannic, the "2021" Reverie Reserve Chardonnay was crisp, flavorful, and a delight to my palette.Come check out this hidden gem in Livermore on East Avenue.

Another Northern California region is solidifying itself as a great wine destination. While Napa, Plymouth and Paso Robles are places I've been frequently, I haven't spent much time in Livermore. We happened to find this location on yelp and are so happy - a true highlight! Bob Pruett, the winemaker, truly loves what he's doing and talked science on the winemaking which I love - I really learned a lot and got to ask all the nitty gritty questions I've been wondering. Everyone in the small tasting room was so friendly and warm with two cute dogs, and a farm with alpacas and horse and chickens nearby. The wine was so good - Chardonnay and cab sav specifically! just fyi - only open on Saturdays and bathroom is a portapotty with a sink/soap outside

Bob Pruett and his staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and very attentive. They are eager to make you feel special and to provide exceptional service. He is happy to share his expertise with you as well as the property's fun history. It was a wonderful afternoon. We will happily return and bring more friends.

Fabulous second visit to Pruett farms winery. Enjoyed everything. It's a lovely place to bring a picnic. Because it was such a hot day the unoaked chardonnay was especially refreshing. All the whites are delightful and we also really enjoyed the cabernet.The winery thoughtfully puts out a large flag by the driveway so you can find the winery which is in back of the house - making it hard to see.

Livermore northern CA besides the famous outlet, also has a wine region that is gaining popularity. Little dirt road leading up to a fun and nice wine room with indoor and outdoor seating options @Pruett farm winery. The owner and wine maker Bob happened to be there, he and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Just opened a year ago, offer both Chardonnay and reds. Following the European way of making wines, all of the wines we tasted were very good. We did a barrel tasting and look forward to getting it when it is released.

Comfortable tasting room. Cute picnic area. Adorable dogs giving everyone a welcoming bark or two. Terrific to chat with Bob, the winemaker. He was kind enough to give us a taste of a future wine.

An oasis in Livermore with wonderful wines in a beautiful setting. Located on a historic property with new renovations. Come relax with friends, meet new friends, bring a picnic and pair with their tasty wines. Family friendly with farm animals your kids will find entertaining.

My friends and I stopped by and had a fabulous visit at Pruett Farms. We not only loved the wines, but also enjoyed the grounds, the animals and the super nice and informative staff. I purchased several Chardonnays and as much of their small lot Cab as they would sell me! LOL Already planning our next visit and will bring a picnic for the lovely patio area. This is a must-visit winery!!

When we have the time to go to a neighboring winery, Bob Pruett's gentle and caring nature while producing some of the best wines of the valley, is the place you'll find us. Additionally, we never hesitate to recommend Bob's place to family and friends. One of the best places to go! Thank you Bob!

The wine is great! The owners are friendly and engaging with their customers. Staff are knowledgeable about the wines and the outdoor space is open.
