I won free bottle service at Providence two weeks ago, and it was the first time I won something like that. My point person who helped me with the process was my guy Dave at Providence. Shout out to him!Originally scheduled to do bottle service 3/31, I had a few people cancel last minute, but Providence was understanding and gladly rescheduled us to go out on 4/7 for my friends birthday We got to the club for the free guest list for my friends around 10.50pm, and we still got everyone in (8+ people), which was great. I forgot how small the upstairs is because it's so big from the outside. We got to our section, and our bottle service was so attentive and sweet and sweet and was on top of it. Not to brag, but our section was the littest because we were all dancing and vibing and working up a sweat to the bomb ass music and throwbacks the DJ was playing!My only critique would be that the sections are too small for a lot of people. There should be more room to move around and dance. However, that being said, if you're with fun people and it's fun, it won't matter.Thanks, Providence, for a great night

***0 STARS***Do not go here. Bouncers have an inflated sense of ego like no other. I had just been there for Santa Con, and spent a good amount of time and money in there. As I exited, I realized that I left my hat in the bathroom, so I immediately turned around and kindly requested if I could go back inside. Their response was "nah F*** you." And that obviously angered me then another bouncer comes over and starts cursing out my mother?! Unacceptable. I had a reasonable request. That was met with an unreasonable response, that's not how you treat people.

Charged the girls in our party $20 and the guys, $40 to enter. Is that even legal? What makes it worse is that we find out the day after that there wasn't supposed to be a cover to begin with. What a scam of a place.

This place is a great stop during a Polk St. bar crawl. Alone it can be a bit dry on a random night but great as a pit stop along the way!Drinks here are good but can be extremely overpriced along with the cover.

Good Friday's at Providence was hella fun! Bottle service girls were so nice and helpful. Good music, good vibes. Will definitely be back!

Seriously, a bar on Polk Street that has a dress??? LMFAO!!! Anyway, this bar is a joke. A complete downgrade from when it was Playland. Plus they have to charge a $20. You might as well go the Temple or Hawthorn instead of this over hyped dump.

"bouncers" / security were hella rude. laughed at a person i was with who was male presenting and their ID was different. had the audacity to ask why we left after 10 mins and after they were rude. small space. 1 bathroom. literally small asf. don't come here even tho it's tempting.

These dork ass bouncers wouldn't let our group of 15 in because two of the people in our group had shorts on and there was only a total of 10 people in there before we walked in - went back to decodance and had a blast

Security guard tried to extort my group for $200 for her to put in her own pocket then said we still had to pay $40 cover per person--even though she had just said they were "at capacity". Horrible all around lmao

So this is my 3 time going to PROVIDENCE and The SECURITY SCAMS PEOPLE FOR BRINGING ANY PARAPHERNALIA into the club CHARING A EXTRA 25 dollars FEE at the door!!! BOGUS they need to be fired for trying to create a side hustle at the door and the prey on females! Also the security is very MISOGYNISTIC &RUDE AS HELL!! I asked the security "Why am I being charged for bringing my vape "and he told me "BECAUSE I CAN & IF YOU don't LIKE IT YOU CAN GET OUT MY LINE!" I seen them let a group of guys in before me and they didn't charge them any fee for bringing in weed, or leafs &vapes! the security at the door act as if they own the club so they try to get over on females and say that's a rule to charge for bringing in weed/vapes/etc.When we had a section!!!!
