David was our driver to the Napa wineries. there were 8 of us in the LimoThe car was very clean and had chilled refreshments. David knows his way around Napa!He took us to the wineries that give the best tastings and tours!He also knows the best restaurants in the valleyWe will definitely use this service again!

This review is strictly for the phone conversations with the representative at Professional Driver Limo. I did not use their service. Their driving may have been professional, but their customer service is no where near professional. I called Professional Driver to get a quick quote for a limo service. The rep picked up the phone and sounded impatient. After I told him the date that I needed and the number of people that will need to be transported, he quickly sells me that a trip was cancelled and a limo was available that day. I then told him how many hours I needed and he quickly interrupted me and told me that they don't do short duration. He stated that they only book clients who need more than 5 hours and that I need to go else where and they cannot help me. It would have been an acceptable answer, except, he was extremely condescending and sounded like I don't deserve his business. 30 minutes later, I get a call back from the same place and he asked me if I still need to book the trip so I thought they had a change of mind and wanted my business again. He told me to hold and put Sunny (Manager?) on the line for a conference call and said that I was looking for a party bus and need help booking it. I corrected him and told them what I needed and he quickly rejected me again for the same reasons and completely ignored me while him and Sunny was having a conversation. From my little encounter with them, it seems like the only thing they're after is profit and customer service is NOT a priority. If you want a quick shuttle from point A to point B, this may be the place to go. But if you're looking for a good experience, you may need to seek elsewhere.

Jon is an excellent limo driver. Very courteous and got us to where we needed to be, on time and fashionably. Fully recommend this limo service.

Best service that I ever had! When my mom need a transportation to the airport. Jon and Gregory (our driver) took care of her. I feel relieved and thankful that they were there!They were prompt on time for pick up for both directions. Bob was GREAT!The limo was exactly what we expected and the only way to see wine country, in my opinion. Picked up our group and took us to the first vinyard we selected in Sonoma. Gave us some recommendations before driving through a shortcut to Napa to finish off our day. Excellent tour for an excellent price (split 8 ways)!

We had a group of 8 people going to dinner and a concert in North Beach District. We had a wonderful driver (Yvonne) and the service was spot on. We had 4 pick-up locations and the driver was right on time picking all of us up at our separate locations. We will definitely use this limousine service for special events in the future.

First time I used this company and plan to use them again. Jon was very friendly and courteous, was in contact the week prior to confirm the details, and re-confirmed the day of the trip. He was appropriately early on the pickup on both ends and delivered us to our destination hassle free and on time. Highly recommended

Thank you David- your professionalism and driving skills carted us around SF until the wee hours of the night. The calls prior to the booking to map out the plan got us on the ball, to 'make' a plan. We had a great adventure and we were very happy with the service-

We had a wonderful day in Sonoma and our driver, David, was great! He was punctual, the car was well stocked with waters soda and a bottle of champagne, and he was a safe driver. He was professional and had a good sense of humor. There were 8 of us ladies celebrating a birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed the limo-and the price was very reasonable!

This driving service is extremely unprofessional. I called the number listed on their website that stated they did wine tours in Sonoma. After calling to get a quote, he told me the drive from their base in Walnut Creek to Sonoma would take 2 hours and bumped up the original quote. He then tried to get me to confirm on the limo right away, which I did not do because I needed to check with the rest of the group on this new price. Check out this text at his response. Really ridiculous. TLDR - Horrible customer service.
