Came here for my first boba in monthsssss.Ordered the roasted oolong milk tea.- Order and pay using the tablet on the counter- Service was quick (came here on a Saturday afternoon and there was no line at all)- Tea was flavorful and not too sweet- Shop was quiet (minus the staff member and her friend talking)

A solid boba shop that uses fresh ingredients.The Caramel Smoothie with boba was our family's repeated favorite. I could see why. It could easily become too sweet, but it tread the line perfectly well, being tasty, creamy, and not too sweet. I ordered the Grapefruit bubble tea, and I LOVED that it was made with real grapefruit juice where you could feel the texture of the pulp. This boba tea could easily fall into the syrupy sweet trap, but, no, it emerged victorious!When we came in, it was a bit later. There was no one else in the shop, but the employees moved quickly and made sure our orders were made well and quickly. I appreciate the business' commitment to reusable cups and more boba shops should be similarly proactive.

This location in Berkeley is pretty small, and doesn't have much seating or waiting space inside the shop itself.I had a jasmine milk tea with boba, and asked for 75% sweetness. When I got the drink, it looked like it was mostly milk, without much tea at all. The taste ended up being more like water than milk OR tea, and it made for a fairly bad experience. My friend had a grape drink, and it was also very similar to water in taste, with a hint of grape.I wouldn't go here again.

A small boba shop close to UC Berkeley that serves great drinks and snacks. I frequent this establishment often for the matcha and fresh taro. The honey boba is good and so is the egg pudding. The drink I ordered was the fresh taro with egg pudding, less ice. It wasn't too sweet and the fresh taro paste was great. They offer drinks in their bottles or plastic cups, whichever you prefer. The other drinks are good to and would recommend. The servers are also friendly and quick!

This Plentea location is one of the many boba spots in this area. This is a busy area, as there area lot of students hanging / walking around. Parking may be hit or miss here, as everyone is always doubled parked, but they are conveniently located right outside of the parking garage. Ordering is through their kiosk inside, which sometimes gets backed up, as they only have 1 kiosk to order from. I had such a bad experience last time that I did not think I would be back. I made my way back here one night and ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba & grass jelly. The wait was not that bad this time - maybe about 10 minutes. The milk tea tasted a bit funny like fruity - I was not sure, if it was the drink or sweetener / syrup or the toppings. I let the employee know and she remade my drink with a different milk choice and a little less sweet, but with the same toppings. Although the new milk tea just tasted okay, it was still way better than the first one, so it was tolerable. Overall, it was a decent milk tea and it was also nice that the employee remade my drink, so I felt like it was only fair to update my previous 1 star review for them and give them 3 stars instead.

I came here for Telegraph Boba Day and ordered on the kiosk. I decided to try the honey lime green tea because I typically like to order honey green tea at other boba shops when I don't know what to get. I opted for 50% sweet and it was perfect that way, not too bitter and not too sweet. The girl who made my drink was quick and efficient, I was impressed as a former bobarista! I absolutely love how environmentally friendly this store is with the glass bottles, but wish they had the bamboo straws like Boba Guys instead of plastic...Got my cute lil sticker for Telegraph Boba Day!

got so excited for this drink that I drank almost half of it before I took the pic. I don't usually drink boba type drinks but I was craving a smoothie and I would say this is the best FRESH taro smoothie I've ever had. I ordered it with chia seeds and aloe and that just made it even better. Also, the girl who was working 10/18 at night is such a sweetheart. Her service is excellent!!!

Great hours, great drinks, and awesome glass bottle deal! If you get a glass bottle, you can turn it in next time for 10% off. I am also a sucker for smoothies, and they had a great selection of those. Boba tea smoothies are definitely something not to pass up on! They do not have Snackpass and online ordering. The wait is very short usually and the drinks come out great! I really like the blended brown sugar ice milk tea but it can be fairly sweet so do get less sweetness! Their housemade black tea is good too, but I recommend their blended drinks more with less sweetness! Also, don't get too many toppings as the toppings are very sweet with the drinks!Overall, great for a late night milk tea run, a hangout with friends, or just for a quick fix!

The jasmine green tea crema is my fav drink here, the cream top pairs very well with the jasmine greentea. I also like the strawberry green tea, it tastes very fresh and natural.

the boba is scrumptious and very reasonably priced for the level of natural ingredients. the boba and lychee are also very good. they also give out glass bottles if you order for here. service was a bit slow but worth it.
