I ordered a vegitarian pizza from the TooGoodToGo app. and it looked so good i couldn't wait to go home and bake it.They suggested an oven temp. of 475° for about 8 minutes. I used my pizza stone which gave it a really even bake. At eight minutes my cheese was melted, but the crust was not browning so I went another five minutes.Turned out great! The cheese was stringy with a snsp to it. The red tomato sauce had a rich, fresh flavor and there were generous amounts of artichoke heart. The crust was crispy, but not too chewy. Really delicious!

Finally, a pizza restaurant near my house that makes authentic Italian pizza! The dough is superb, due to their technique. The fermentation does something with the gluten that makes it so easier to digest and makes the dose so light and fluffy. I got the salsiccia, and was not at all disappointed. The sausage was very high-quality and quality of the pizza in general made me think of Italy. I love that the pizza is delivered and butcher paper and not a box. I also really like how fresh everything is and finishing it in my own oven is perfect for the best pizza. I cannot wait to order from them again!

Picked up a surprise half-baked 12" pizza today per the TooGoodToGo app. My first time to try this vendor and the app -- great value that I'll try again. I grated some parmigiano reggiano atop before finish-baking the pizza at 450F at home. Before eating, I added some torn fresh basil leaf and a bit of burrata I had in the fridge -- completely delish and ready to eat within 15 minutes (mostly heating up toaster oven).

In life, everyone should get a second chance.After I posted my 3-star review, Chris H. emailed me and suggested I might of undercooked my pizza. He asked me to try their pizzas again, and i agreed. So I went out and bought a 16" pizza pan, since I didn't have the right pan to bake pizzas. So, I preheated my pizza pan in the oven at 450*F for 15-minutes. Then I slid the Trad Pie on it, and baked it for 7-9 minutes. The result was a pizza with a golden crust, and loads of rich flavor. It's still a thin crust pizza, but the rich flavor makes it a good choice for a "ready-to-bake" at home pizza. Also, for anyone still undecided whether to try these pizzas......this isn't a ghost kitchen. Pizza Matador operates from a commercial kitchen in Oakland's Dimond District. In operation since 2015, they use their own drivers so there's no added fees. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, and they're worth a try.

Say farewell to that lukewarm, soggy, disappointing pizza that sat in the car way too long on its journey to your mouth. Pro tip: Order online before 2 p.m. for a discount. Pies tend to sell out quickly, so ordering early also ensures a better selection. Then, pick your delivery window and wait for the text alert letting you know your pie is on its way. P.S. This has been an upsetting experience. I have ordered so many of these Pizza's and have shared this with other friends that have also ordered.One friend did not like the Pizza and I bought it off her after she threw the rest in the garage.She received a 50 dollar coupon which she gave to me.Then I received an email from Chris that this coupon was for my friend and that it is ok that I had used it if I get her to change her review!!!!!I am still in shock and I am writing this from Switzerland actually...Threatening customers to change reviews and make them feel uncomfortable is not how it is done .Happy for your success now learn some manners and stop harassing customers. I remember how I had to intervene because you would not stop emailing my friend.Deal with your feeling in a more positive direction.

TGTG app and I cannot believe the price for this quality of pizza. Easy pick up and friendly. Great veg and meat variety/ options. 12" says feeds 2-3 and I was doubtful at first but it's legit. Definitely worth paying full price on their website and I'm excited to place an order soon.

Pizza Matador offers delicious pizza that doesn't weigh me down after the meal. This is a clear improvement over other restaurants, whose pizza might still be tasty but leaves me feeling sluggish.The delivery drivers are always professional, and the owner (Chris) is very customer-oriented. Definitely recommend people give Pizza Matador a try! A bit expensive, but worth the price for higher-quality food.My favorite menu item is the chicken BBQ pizza, followed by the mozzarella.
