We hired Pinx Catering for my baby's 1st Birthday Party for ~40 people (~35 adults and ~10 kids). My guest are still talking about how good the food was, thanks Pinx! Also it was nice to have all the details in food department taken cared for on the day of party when I could sit back and enjoy.From the menu planning, decor and communication, it was a great experience. Communication was easy over phone or on email. They were on time to setup and, cleaned up after and the on-site staff was very sweet. For decor we let them know the theme/color scheme of the party and they added the decor/presentation accordingly. We let them know that There was NO-Flame policy which includes no sternos at the venue, so they easily accommodated with alternate electric heating for food. Food We ordered lunch for 40 people. Our guests all loved the food. The order includes all of your paper goods and a really nice presentation as well as a server. They even packed the left overs for us to take home. Our bill came out to ~ $2000 for above 7 options of foods for 40 guests. Won't say its the cheapest, but for the quality of food, presentation and service it's worth it. The party was perfect, Thanks Pinx!

Hired Pinx for a recent nonprofit event. Excellent food and professional service. They set up a beautiful yet simple table that complimented our theme. At the end they cleaned up thoroughly and followed venue rules. Most of all they worked with us on our limited budget. Will hire again when opportunity presents itself. Their presence definitely elevated our event.

Pinx catered my sister's bridal shower a couple of weeks ago, and man was I blown away by the exceptional food, set-up and service! With any party, food may be one of the bigger "stresses" when it comes to party planning. What a relief I felt once I booked Pinx. We decided on a brunch menu that was absolutely delicious! The process was very easy, Greta was so helpful in choosing a menu. On the day of the party, the set up went smooth and my guests were able to eat on time. I highly recommend Pinx for any occasion big or small, they really know what they are doing.

I fell in love with Pinx at first bite at a Yelp Elite Event years ago so whenever I saw them at the San Leandro Cherry Festival, I had to stop by their booth.  Last year, I even went so far as to get some of that lobster tail mac n cheese to go.  If only I had the foresight to bring a Tupperware, I probably would've ordered even more. If there is a silver lining to this SIP for me, that is being able to enjoy food from Pinx without waiting for a festival or one of their catered events.  Although I missed out on those lamb chops, I did manage to snag 2 meal boxes of that fall off the bone oxtail.  Delivery within much of the Bay Area or if you're like me, only 2 exits away, can pickup from their commercial kitchen off Davis.  Check out their website https://www.pinxcatering.com/ for their current weekly menu and I will be keeping my eyes open for that lamb chop if we're still home.

We had such a wonderful experience with Pinx! We used them for a big non-profit event at the Salesforce Tower and they were a joy to work with every step of the way. Everything was streamlined, the food and drinks were wonderful, the service was impeccable, and the servers were delightful. Will absolutely use them in the future!

I have used Pinx twice and both times were wonderful. Pinky helped me in April 2022 to put together a menu for a family event with about 50 people. All of the guests raved about the meal. The second event was in September 2023 for a work party for 50 people. Stephanie created an amazing menu. All of the food was delicious, especially the desserts. Special thanks to Carrie for creating a beautiful design and theming for the event, Jailee for making sure everything ran smoothly during the food service, and to Rudy who crafted great cocktails and stayed late to make sure that everyone had a good time.

Pinx catered a friends' wedding reception for us and their food was so delicious! They were very communicative and they beautifully executed on our event- I would highly recommend them! They provided decorations in addition to the food catering.

Hire Pinx to a graduation for 100 guest .We order chicken bourbon , seafood pasta .Everyone can't stop talking about how tasty the foods and everyone enjoyed it .The quality of food was amazing.The delivery was on time .I will definitely hire them on my next future events.
