Story time! Some friends and I gathered on this Sunday evening to partake in a parent's night out. Dinner at Pierre Pierre and a concert from one of our favorite artists. Well, Pierre Pierre fell flat making us wait over an hour past hour reservation time to the point of concert starting so we decided to leave. A quick yelp search led us to Pintoh a couple blocks down through a tireless windstorm and we were there. COLD AND HANGRY! We were seated right away and enjoyed a fantastic meal! We ordered Tom Kha, Catfish, blue crab fried rice, chicken wings, roti, and pad see ew. Let me tell you. As soon as we took our first slurp of that sweet and savory Tom Kha ALL of our anger and disappointment went away. We laughed and enjoyed this amazingly delicious meal. Although we missed the opening act we got to our concert with plenty of time to spare to see the main attraction. Thank you Pintoh for turning around what could have been a disastrous night out into a truly memorable experience. We will be back for sure!

The restaurant is a cute hole in the wall with vibrant decor. The papaya salad was so so good, I'm literally thinking of this salad right now as I type this. The service was great- super quick and friendly. I'll be back for sure!

This visit was already starting off well when my friend and I were lucky to snag a parking spot right in front of the restaurant!I finally strayed from getting my usual orders and tried something new: the boat noodle soup. It was perfect for a rainy day. There was plenty of meat and just the right amount of noodles. I still had enough for leftovers. My friend got the moo ping, which she also enjoyed. The presentation was beautiful. We came for lunch so the restaurant wasn't super busy. The service was great and the waiter was super friendly and checked on us multiple times. An overall great experience and I hope to come back soon!

A nice and chill little place! Great prices for delicious food!! Quick service too! I'm glad we chose dishes different than our regular picks, we enjoyed some great flavors. My sister recommended pintoh and I think it was a great stop for dinner before a concert at the fox.

This review is really delayed, but I ordered ahead for the boat noodle soup and the kemao beyond goong. The food was ready almost 15 mins ahead of schedule, Kemao beyond goong: They don't allow modifications but it was unfortunately too spicy for me. Couldn't even eat the peppercorns. What I could make out of it was good. Boat noodle soup: savory but also kind of sweet. It is good, wish they had a vegan/vegetarian version.

Khai Sol - requested no spicy oil. It was HUGE Bowl of egg noodles in curry. Appreciated they don't add MSG. Wished there was more pieces of chicken and vegetables, felt it was mainly noodles.Shrimp chips came with tasty sauce.Fun decor, like the hand drawn artwork of various dishes. More affordable than Farmhouse Thai.

Great food. Lovely service. And amazing interior design - my friend and I enjoyed our meal here so much! Highly recommend if you're looking for solid Thai food with a nicely designed, cultural aesthetic.

Pintoh Thai is a casual but colorful, popular spot for Thai street eats. We started with the Papaya Salad, a crunchy, refreshing mixture of shredded papaya, string beans, tomatoes, and peanuts in a tangy, spicy chili lime dressing; and Yum Talay, a mixture of cooked shrimp, mussels, and calamari in a fish sauce dressing. For our mains, the Khao Mun Gai Tod was a tray of garlic ginger rice topped with a breaded chicken fillet, served with a sweet chili sauce and chicken bone broth on the side; and the Massamun Nuer was a red curry with chunks of beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions. On the side, we got orders of sticky rice and (overly greasy) crispy roti to pair with the curry. But my favorite dish by far was the Khao Soi Gai, a curry noodle soup with egg noodles and sliced chicken, garnished with crispy noodles, shallots, pickled cabbage, and red chili oil on top. The noodle soup was perfectly creamy and packed a flavorful punch, making for a standout dish!

The best Thai food we have had in a while. The only con here is the place is cold, so bring your jacket if coming in winter months. The service was good, food came out fast, and the portions were sized well. They clearly mark what's vegetarian and gluten free. They were able to do a red curry with veggies not on the menu (options had pork or shrimp), but they did charge a lot for it ($18). Another curry with chicken and veggies lands at $17, so a bit confusing. I think it would make more sense to get it on the menu and charge $15.50-16.50 as their other veggie curry dish is that price. Either way delicious food and we were very happy. We will 100% be back.
