Heady options. The staff are kind and helpful. They have everything I need! Other reviews made it difficult to discern if they had regular grocery items, they do. It's like a regular grocery store, but with an amazing location, options and people.

Stopped by for a tomato. The prices WOW! Nearly 7 dollars a lb for organic tomatoes (from fucking Mexico, nonetheless) AND 10 dollars a lb for bell peppers!!Highway robbery! Go to Berkeley Bowl instead... Or literally anywhere else!

Wow, the meat and seafood guy, the one always there in the morning could really use some customer service refresher. Just outrageously rude and covertly racist. At times hangs up on you when he feels he's done. I won't go into details about the many incidents, far too long a list. The afternoon meat dept crew is definitely better. Probably higher IQ.

I was here on Christmas Eve before dinner down the street. Picked up some snacks and even some laundry products. They have everything! I try and stop by when I'm in the area.

Nothing is like it used to be, the meat department is definitely not the same. The amount of money they charge should reflect the quality, fresh always!! If not throw it away or,mark the old meat down. I drove from another city to get superior lamb was totally disappointed hade to return it.if you guys are going to charge those prices make sure it's fresh.

Piedmont Grocery is going through a renaissance. First, they expanded their meat department to include many ready to cook meats and chicken. Now, with a new deli manager, they have tremendously expanded their prepared foods. I always went to Market Hall, and now I have started to shop at Piedmont Grocery. One of the things I love is the spare ribs, and the crab cakes made in house. Also, I am excited about a new line they are carrying, Edith's baked goods. Today we enjoyed with the brisket pocket, it was delicious .It is so nice to have Piedmont Grocery in my backyard. The parking is a nice bonus.

This place has great produce, it is fresh and clearly good quality. Super expensive, but hey it's worth it when the quality is there. Now, anything else, be careful because my mom and I have purchased items that have already been expired or they are close to expire. This has been the case for years. So I no longer get juices, milk, etc.

They need a new pre-made sandwich vendor. Expensive, dry, flavorless, hard to choke down. A high end market should do better.

Thank you, Piedmont Grocery and your Meat Department, for the surprise hit of our 2024 Christmas Eve dinner. Your "Beeler's Uncured Ham" (Beeler's Motto: "Raising the Perfect Pig Since Iowa Became a State") was everyone's favorite. None of us could remember a ham as good. [Beeler's not only tasted better but was also less expensive than what we'd been getting. Maybe I'm being impolite mentioning their name, but the initials of the inferior tasting (and more expensive) ham are "Honey Baked".]
