Haven't been here for years and we felt that it's not as good as before .The combo noodle was XL but only the noodle was a lot. Didn't feel that there was enough meat. There was supposed to be rare steak but we didn't see any. Everything was well doneThe grilled chicken and shrimp rice plate had so little meat too! Not worth the price at all. The best was the ice coffee- strong and sweet enoughService was quick. But for the price and value, not sure we will come back .

First time trying Pho Saigon City. I went on a Sunday at 12:00pm. I ordered the #8 large. The service was fast, and the place was packed. We were seated immediately. The Pho was decent. The seats weren't the best. One of mine lacked cushion, so it was a bit painful to sit. For the price though, I think this place is really good for the value. My bowl was about $14. The restaurant was clean and the parking outside is abundant. I may come back again.

Wow!!! Delightful!!! The pho soup was amazingly delicious!! I come here for lunch whenever I'm in the area during the winter months. The soup broth is very tasty and served piping hot. The side herbs add that subtle flavor and the texture from the bean sprouts makes this dish delightful and refreshing. The menu has a variety to choose from. I thought I might prefer one versus the other but I was wrong. I enjoyed both the egg and rice noodle soups including the meat choices. I like my soup spicy and they have a variety of spicy condiments at your table. Can't wait to try the spring rolls and rice dishes come summer. The restaurant decor is nice, spacious seating, clean and the service was excellent!!!

My boyfriend loves this spot and finally took me to try it- I got a small combination egg noodle soup and it was the perfect size and portion for me. I liked how it came with Char Siu (Chinese style bbq pork) and a lot of noodles. It wasn't anything special to me compared to other pho spots, but I still enjoyed my meal.

This is our go to for pho. It's simple and to the point. It's the epitome of organized chaos. It seems like no one knows what's going on when in fact it's very structured. You walk in, get sat and handed a menu and within a few minutes they are bringing water and taking your order. The food always comes very quickly and is always exactly what you ordered. They're very efficient. Not friendly at all but very efficient. The most common ingredients are always fresh. They have a table set up for to go orders but have all the utensils and sauces you need there too. First time ordering the fresh lemonade and it was probably the best lemonade I've ever had. The bathroom is really dirty and the floor is always a little slippery but other then that I love this place

Came here during a rainy day while craving something hot. Walked and sat down right away in this family friendly and casual viet restaurant. The service was very fast and the pho was 10/10! Will definitely come back again!

I know today was hot but we were craving hot soup lol. So of course we hit up Pho Saigon City for some yummy pho. What I like about this spot is that the staff is pretty efficient and you get your food pretty fast. Tonight we ordered the rice noodle combo with seafood which included fish cake, shrimp, fish ball, squid and imitation crab. We also got the chicken rice noodle soup and an appetizer of fried wonton. Soup was piping hot which is a necessity when it comes to pho. You can tell the noodles are al dente But if you wait the noodles become nice and soft. The fried wontons were pretty good and come with a sweet chili sauce. There's plenty of tables when you walk in and you are greeted immediately to sit down. Our server was super nice and had great customer service.If you're wanting some pho tonight, Pho Saigon is pho u!

Consistently my take out for pho in the area. By far one of the fastest take out. Every I phoned in an order, it's 10minutes. Also they are open everyday and no break time in the mid afternoon. I like their #1 pho. Good size and tasty. They are also pretty generous with giving bean sprouts and a piece of lime. There are several outdoor tables if you do want to sit outside. I brought my dog here once.

Went over for lunch with some coworkers and they were able to seat our table of 8 immediately at around 1 pm. The restaurant is very spacious and their menu had good bowl size, meat and dish options. Pork and Egg Roll Vermicelli - For 14 dollars, this dish was large and would be enough for two meals. Their egg roll was my favorite: crisp and so rich in flavor from the meat and vegetables inside. The meat was thin and tender. There were a lot of vegetables and bean sprouts as well which made it very fresh but could have used a little less. This bowl was perfect for the hot weather in the East Bay and worth checking out if you're in the Pleasanton area.
