Good food and great price. Was looking for a quick bite on our way home and the place we originally planed to visit had closed about 5 minutes before we got there. While walking around the plaza we ran across Pho Nguyen and it looked packed so we went in fully expecting to be turned away. But the host was super nice and said give her a minute to clear a table. The portions were huge.Will visit again next time we're in the area.

This place deserves way more than a 3.7 star rating on Yelp, imo. It's some of the best Vietnamese food in Milpitas and arguably in the surrounding area. I grew up with a Vietnamese heritage and it's hard to find a place that has good quality to portion to price and tastes authentic. It's also consistent. I usually order pick up and it's fast. My usual go to's are the egg rolls, spring rolls, white meat chicken pho and I get fresh rice noodles when I'm feeling sick (easily 2 meals), or combo vermicelli. The beef pho is also good and usually recommend eating in store for that. Not many places have good chicken pho and it's usually hard to decide what to order since everything is bomb! The portions and packaging including the veggie sides are well packaged and they give a lot compared to other Vietnamese spots (ex: Tay Ho in Santa Clara portions are terrible and similar price). Most of the entrees I feel like could be 2 meals even the vermicelli I have a hard time eating it all one sitting (at least when I get orders to go). Staff are also nice when entering and picking food up. My main wish is they could be open later and have a day off other than Tuesday!

Food was great. I was starving so I got the rice plate with everything on it lol. The pork was tender and nicely flavored. Shredded pork was a bit too dry. Service: quick fast-paced place. Typical pho place. Ambiance: lots of tables inside. Parking can be difficult given there are multiple popular restaurants in the plaza.

In recent years, I've only gotten takeout or delivery from this place, but they are might go to noodle place for pho. Portions are generous the meat and selection is wide. You can get any sort of combination of meat. They also provide some interesting vegetables to add to your soup. I'll definitely be returning here in the future.

My coworkers and I had a great time stopping by here. It was not too crowded and the food arrived quickly. It was also very clean inside and the tables were spaced optimally - often times, tables in other restaurants are too close for comfort. I ordered the Number 1, Pho Nguyen Dac Biet. The small bowl was more than enough for me. I would have liked more balance between the beef and the noodles. The broth was tastier than what I've had for other beef pho at other restaurants in the area, and there was an ample amount of side veggies. The food was good for its reasonable price. This is definitely one of the better pho restaurants I've been to around here.

We been here for many years since I was young so I am considered a regular. I love ordering bun bo hue here which is what I always get and I usually come here once a week if available. Taste: 5/5 no other bun bo hue I have tried in this area or around the world has had better bun bo hue in terms of taste Quantity: 5/5 In my opinion they give a perfect amount of meat/noodles Cleanliness: 5/5 i don't see a spec of dirty in this place they always clean even if busy Service: 5/5 they will give you what you need without hesitation (for example, if you drop your fork or chopsticks they will give you new ones and they always give plenty of napkins) Overall I would give this restaurant 5/5 I never got tired of their food even after being a regular for many years
