Been here three times (twice in person and once for takeout) and finally getting around to reviewing this place. Must say their pho is much better than their bun (vermicelli) and that eating in makes all the world of difference. I got their #10 (L) which was generously portioned and well flavored, but I wasn't a huge fan of the well done brisket. When I went back recently for take out, I asked to switch out the well done brisket for the fatty brisket and I think they ended up giving me a #14 instead. Hoping the next time I go back I can get the ttuen#10 combo with the variety of meats and just switch out the well done brisket for the fatty brisket.

We order food frequently here to support small business since it's so close to home and also open later than other places. But I'm starting to reconsider coming back We had ordered food to go and it was a large order, THEY GAVE US THE WRONG BILL. And of course it was in Vietnamese so I couldn't understand what it said. But I saw so many extra charges, come to find out they gave us the wrong bill that was about $60 more expensive. I had to question all of the extra charges before they realized it was someone else's' bill. On another occasion we had ordered spring rolls and before biting in I noticed something black.. I looked closer and there was a fly in the food, gross. I had to drive back to exchange it which was an inconvenience but at those prices, didn't want to just waste it.

Pho An Hoa is located in the Floresta Plaza. This is a semi-busy plaza, so parking may be hit or miss, depending on when you come here - there is usually parking, if you park a bit further and walk over. Not much service, employees do not really smile or look like they want to be there. My mom and I stopped by to pick up some dinner - we ordered 2 extra large Combination Beef Noodle Soup, which comes with rare eye round steak, well done brisket, flank, meatball, tendon, & tripe and an extra large Thai Tea. There was not that much meat or noodles like there usually was - definitely not worth the price we paid. The size of the Thai tea and quality of the drink did not justify its price as well, it tasted pretty watered down.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday and this place can get really busy they are fast and good no complaints parking can be a challenge but it is a big shopping center order my usually pho special and it was tasty the broth was it. Plenty of meat but not enough noddles never understand that noddles are cheaper the meat. The noddle to meat ratio was off but if your in town for some good ol pho this is it

The large pho with well done steak is good here. Sometimes they give me enough condiments and sometimes they cut it short. Another downside is the price..it's a bit higher than other places I order from. Overall, I'll probably come back and give it another try.

Summary of our experience: good food, bad service. Their #10 pho dac biet was really good. It had a generous amount of meat and good broth. Not sure what their #23 is about. It said crispy brisket, but the meat looked the same as the #10. The menu had additional authentic food options. We particularly appreciated how they included pictures and descriptions. Anyway, food aside.. the rest of our experience was pretty meh. It took awhile before anyone took our orders. They also didn't come by again after bringing our food to the table. Payment is done at the front. Weird moment here for us. They didn't like it when we picked up the machine.. but come on it's not like we're going to run off with it or anything.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. We came in to eat a late dinner so there was plenty of parking available at the time. Others in the group have eaten here and said the food was always good.There weren't a lot of people in the restaurant as it was after 8 p.m. so we got service right away. We ordered the shrimp spring roll for an appetizer. It was delicious. I ordered the beef stew with egg noodle soup. I brought part of it home as it was too much for me to finish. The beef stew was still delicious when I ate it the next day.Beef noodle soup and grilled pork chop were also ordered. Everyone said their dishes tasted good. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

I ordered online and picked up pho with rare beef and tendon. Good pho and the beef and tendon were very good. The broth was average. Overall, a good local pho source. Service was good and took less than 5 minutes to get once I arrived (a bit early!)

Terrible unsanitary and horrible service. One of the employees was sitting in the table next to me on his cell phone with the audio on speaker and he was loud and annoying. Hard time eating in peace. My Pho was had no flavor, the meat tasted dry and gamey. This place is a hard no for me.

My Bay Area relatives couldn't stop raving about this place--they brought us here for one of our first meals when we arrived. It's your typical Vietnamese spot you find around here, so it feels pretty authentic in that sense. They were old-school too, cash only when we went.The service was awesome! They loaded us up with extra herbs and veggies for our Pho, and even with our group of 7, they got everything out pretty quick.Now, about the food: the noodles were amazing! I don't know where they get them, but they're better than most Pho places in the Bay Area--kinda reminded me of the real deal I had in Vietnam, not the big chains. And the broth? Super tasty, not bland at all.
