This place is seriously my go-to pho spot in the area when I'm too lazy to drive to San Jose. I ordered via Uber eats here a couple times already and get their pho. My husband gets the combo which comes with all kinds of meat and I got the pho with beef ball and rare steak. The price is average for pho in the bay nowadays at less than $20 a bowl. But the portions are big and do last you another meal if you are not a heavy eater! The portions are quite nice - definitely enough for a large bowl, so I would take only 2/3 of the portion then save the rest for the next day. My only feedback is to add more beef balls, my bowl came with only 3 half slices! So tiny. The broth is legit - very flavorful and the next day they become jelly. That's how you know they use real beef and not just salt/flavoring. Will definitely continue ordering here! We did the pickup option from East Bay Eats which was pretty easy to use.

I'm giving 4 stars because I can't speak to the ambiance or service as I ordered through Uber eats.I ordered the shrimp pho and it was hella good. Broth was delicious, shrimp cooked perfect and I enjoyed the whole bowl. I've eaten there only three times but I'll keep going back!

This Pho 99 location is one of the many food options at East Bay Eats, a food hall / ghost kitchen kind of spot. There is parking in the shared lot as well. Modern exterior and interior - pretty clean inside, not as big as I expected, but decent with some seating off to the side for customers to enjoy their food / drinks at. I ordered ahead of time online and received my food within 15 minutes or so. I got a House Special Combo with Shredded Pork, Grilled Pork, & Shrimp Cake over Vermicelli. A bit pricey for about $20, but the portions were decently big. Food was pretty good too - I enjoyed mostly everything, but the shrimp cake tasted a bit off - no other major complaints though.

Absolutely amazing! Ordered DoorDash once and we are hooked! The BBH was good and I love how they put the hot sauce on the side for you to adjust. Ever since we ordered food here, we have been ordering take out here all the time! Portion is large and price is reasonable!! Even the rice plates are pretty good. Highly recommend.

This is our go to place for pho. Big portions, everything is flavorful and you can't beat their packaging. Everything comes out HOT so once you get home, you just have to combine it all.

Tried new pho spot with takeout. Our usual go-to's spots is Joes or places in Fremont, Oakland or San Jose. Pho broth was lacking , as if they watered down, Not sure maybe because they just opened and not enough customers to make a whole pot or ran out. Did have all the right veggies. Worst was avocado shake, they really skimped on condensed milk or just forgot as it wasn't sweet at all.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. This location functions as a pickup spot where you can order from various restaurants. You collect your order and find a seat inside. The only interaction with staff is at the cashier, but most of the process is self-service through kiosks. Now, about the food.We ordered from 99 Pho, and I've attached my receipt for the Oxtail Spicy Noodles Bun Bo Hue. Unfortunately, the noodles were overcooked, and the oxtail was extremely tough. The broth was very watered down, and I had to add my own salt, pepper, and chili oil to get any flavor. Ultimately, I ended up throwing the food away.

Pho 99 has nailed the concept of delivering authentic Vietnamese cuisine in a convenient to-go format. I recently tried their spicy beef noodles, and even as a takeout meal, it exceeded my expectations. The broth was rich and flavorful, carrying just the right level of spice, and the beef was tender and well-prepared. Despite being packed to-go, the noodles maintained their texture and didn't get soggy, which is often a challenge with takeout soups. To accompany my meal, I grabbed their signature Vietnamese coffee, and it was just the perfect finish. Strong, bold, and smooth, it provided that classic coffee kick while still being easy to drink. Pho 99's new takeout concept is a game changer, offering the same quality and authenticity you'd expect from a sit-down meal, but with the convenience of taking it on the go. It's a great option for busy days when you still want a high-quality, comforting meal. Highly recommend trying it out!

I recently discovered a new Vietnamese restaurant and couldn't wait to try it out since Vietnamese restaurants are pretty scarce around here. Normally, I go for pho, but I decided to try the chicken over rice because of hot weather. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the rice was not dry at all. It was well blended with the chicken and pickled radish!!! I finished my meal in just 10 minutes! I'm so looking forward to trying other dishes (maybe pho) next time.
