Today I visited Passion Pastry and was warmly welcomed by Parviz! Recently they introduced sandwiches to their menu, I decided to give the prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich a try and wow! The fresh ingredients, especially the mozzarella, really impressed me.Whenever I come here though I always have to pickup some alfajores. Definitely cannot go wrong with those. I recommend coming here! It's a hidden gem. It's a cute cafe, provides a homey feel, has a friendly stuff, and to reiterate definitely get there alfajores!

Purchase a box of macaroons at the Livermore Holidays in the Vineyard. They are delicious!The macaroon has a nice shell which had a good almond flavor. The filling was sweet and creamy. I got a taste of their shortbread cookie with dulce de leche filling. It was perfect. The baker's husband manned the booth. He was friendly and reached out to his wife to see if the macaroons had wheat flour. They do not!I would recommend this pastry any time.

I love this family-owned bakery! The staff is friendly and the people are always joyful. Cute shop. I usually come for the alfajores but this time I came for the Mariela cake. It looks so decadent! It's mostly dulce de leche but this cake is not too sweet. It's perfect. The cake is very moist too. While I was there, I also picked up a few pasties. Let me tell you! These are not your run of the mill pastries you get at a coffee shop. These pasties are in a whole other level! Chocolate Croissant and Pisrachio Croissant - Flaky on the outside. Moist and delicious in the middle. Spinach and Feta Pastry - Crisp and flaky and the middle is flavorful. Caramel Brownie - very rich. You can to share this with someone else or eat it over a few days. It's amazing!

I came here for the burritos but they don't have them anymore, so i pivoted and ordered some of the pastries. I had a few of the croissants and they were all pretty good. The lady at the counter was nice, but it was on the busier side so it was purely transactional experience but the service was good and it was quick. The place was nicely decorated inside, but like the other reviews it's more of a grab and go place. I bought one pack of the cookies, and as the reviews say.... WOW. I was actually surprised that this was the same owner as the stand at the farmers markets. So now i dont have to wait for a farmers market to get some goodies. I do hope the burritos come back though.

Hands down the best alfajores cookies I ever had. I haven't tried anything else yet, because I love their cookies.

Good cafe to drop in for a tea, coffee and sweet treat or try one of their lunch menu items. Fresh ingredients. Seating is inside or outside. A local must try in the grocery outlet shopping center on Bernal.

I have been coming to this family-owned bakery for a while and it seems like they have a community of regulars, addressing them by their names and having little chats. Whenever I visit, I always have to get their alfajores. Upon my visit today, the worker, Parviz, recommended a new item: Prosciutto and Mozzarella sandwich! The sandwich was ‍ 10/10 would recommend and come again for.

What a lovely, intimate bakery/cafe! My husband and I just enjoyed another of the freshly prepared sandwiches, made with generous and quality ingredients. Today I had a caprese sandwich on a lightly toasted ciabbata, while my husband had a delicious BLT on toasted wheat. There is an array of coffee and tea drinks too. The freshly baked speciality international-style cookies are a treat! Nibble them with your hot or cold drink in the bakery or outside the shop at one of tables, and take some home to relish. Try the alfajores, the Mexican wedding cookies, or the lemon shortbread cookies topped with a drizzle of lemon frosting and a sprinkling of lemon zest, to name a few of the many choices. Check out this little gem of a place!

I LOVE the cookies!I also enjoy the homemade empanadas. They're usually beef or chicken. It's a great place to relax with a cappuccino, eat goodies and meet new people...

Fun, casual, friendly cafe. The food is good and it is a great place for breakfast, lunch or coffee and a sweet. I would highly recommend.
