I like this Pak and Save it's Well Stocked !!!The Clerks are Cool and Helpful!!!Area is reasonably Safe and Secure as anything can be nowadays!!

-1Management never contacted me to make my complaint right! My family spends so much on groceries per week and for Pak N Save not to exchange a moldy pastry and sour dough bread loaf was a very bad move. What happened to Customer Service? I. Total, so far, I know 22 people that will no longer step foot in that store. I continue to tell friends, family, strangers & associates not to shop there.

A cousin to Safeway , Pac n Save has all essential groceries. Even a full bakery to order cakes. Problem is every time I'm there , there's no service at the counters and you have to greet sometimes attention to help you. As well at there check out there's only like 2 open lanes out of 6/7 which of course means waiting in line.

I generally like going here as opposed to Safeway down the street on Washington because it's less busy. With that said, shopping here can be very frustrating. So I'm here to warn you:- Check your receipts! Make sure the balance charged is correct. - Check the product and label before purchasing! Why you may ask? Because they:(1) have cashiers that don't scan, or incorrectly scan coupons and items.(2) have stockers who stock the wrong items on the wrong shelvesI hate to name names, but I guess sometimes in life, the way you get things corrected and people recognized is through names.I had a negative experience with my cashier Lolita, because of lack of attention to details when checking out my items. She scanned my items and negated the coupons on them. When I informed her, she said nothing and took the coupons and swiped them across the machine, and deposited the coupons. The coupons never registered! She didn't seem to care for her job, which I understand she may just be having a bad day. However, how can you swipe a coupon and not see it didn't register.On the contrary, I did have a great experience with the cashier Daniel! I wish I had just lined up for his register instead. He greeted nicely when I presented my issue with my receipt to him. He was quick to respond and process the return in which I appreciated, and even apologized(even though it's not his fault at all!). I guess next time I shop at pak'n save, I'll check the lines before I choose who I should have as my cashier.

This review is strictly pertaining to the deli department and how my sandwich experience went. It didn't go well.This pak n save has been my least favorite experience thus far. My sandwich was made without any love in regards to costumer service. It did not contain everything I asked for. The employee making my sandwich must of been having a horrible day because my sandwich looked a bit bullied and thrown together. I asked for everything except peppers on my sandwich. And I am usually never dissatisfied however, this sandwich had many flaws. He put goops of mayo on it, no mustard at all, he put one thin old tomato slice on, barely any onions, the lettuce was past welted and he did not even cut my sandwich in half. I literally had to save my sandwich until I got home and doctor it up the correct way. It was such a disappointment.

Gross! The food in this store is probably just as old as the inside looks. You might be thinking you're getting a deal but the bakery items are covered in mold. Buyer beware!

Just had the RUDEST Customer Service at The Pak N Safe in San Leandro and no less by the ACTING STORE Manager - Ronicka or RonequaThis Lady, was rude as HELL and for no reason. My husband and I shop here often but I will be willing to drive/travel elsewhere to not to have to deal with that rudeness.If you're having a bad day, understood, still does not give you a reason to be a complete rude a** to someone who has done nothing to you Maybe if you're having a bad day go to the office and let you Supervisors do what you can't do and that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!.You obviously do not have that skill set, Roniqua or Ronika. You should step down!Just reviewed my receipt. Not only was this so called STORE MANAGER extra rude, she overcharged us!!! Mad is an understatement!!Pak n Save/Safeway Corporate your OK with your management staff acting in this manner?

I stop in about 3-4 times or more a week. The store is a little rough around the edges. But overall the prices are good and the people are good. They just got a self check out so they got that going for them. I still prefer to chat it up with the actual cashier's. One half of the dynamic duo!
