Awesome Paella catering experience! Mauricio and his crew were very accommodating and the Paella was excellent. We would definitely use them again for our next party!

We had planned dinner for 45 people and our cook got COVID last minute. Mauricio & his team were able to squeeze us in and let me tell you, it was the best thing ever! The Paella was rich in flavors and so delicious -- we ordered all seafood and vegetarian. Our guests were delighted to watch them cook and the smell of the ingredients being cooked perfumed the room. The whole team was so polite and kind. Thank you so much for everything, Team Paella & More!

Set up, timing, coordinating and the food itself was all excellent. We did both seafood paella and vegetarian. If I had to do it again I'd skip vegetarian. Everyone loved the seafood. Paella is fun, watching the cooking of it adds to the ambiance of a party. Thank Mauricio and especially his assistant Patricia.

We hired Paella and More for our wedding last week and it was incredible! We continue to get so many compliments on the food! We had a large seafood paella, a smaller chicken and chorizo and a veggie paella. Our friends loved all of them and loved having the options. We've been enjoying the leftovers for days!! We tasted a few different paella's when planning and Mauricio's was the best! Mauricio and staff was also very helpful throughout the process and very responsive. I would highly recommend them for any event! Thank you again for such a great wedding dinner!

After reading reviews on yelp, I ordered a paella for ten people. The process of ordering was easy and Mauricio and his son delivered the huge paella pan to my house at the time requested. And what a paella it was! The seafood was all fresh and the amount generous. I don't know where Mauricio found the mussels but they were bigger than any I've seen in Bay Area restaurants and markets. My guests were impressed by the meal. I would definitely order from Mauricio again. It was a lovely, delicious meal.

Paella was excellent. All our guests raved about it. They were super efficient to deal with too.

We had a wonderful experience with Mauricio and his team .. they were so accommodating and were able to host my Dad's 80th Birthday on Thanksgiving day.. I was so worried we wouldn't be able to find anyone to cater Paella on the holiday but they pulled through and made the event so memorable for all our family. They were punctual, responsive and professional and best of all the Paella and tapas were amazing ! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Paella caterer!
