Oakland Catering saved my bacon. I had agreed to host a baby shower brunch for forty people and the closer it got, the more panicked I became about feeding that crowd. A friend recommended Oakland Catering and it was worth every dime - and much less expensive than I feared. They showed up at exactly the time I requested, with delicious food exactly as agreed, and the guests scarfed it up. There were a few leftovers which happy guests took home with them.These people are GOOD, and I will skip all the worrying and just call them next time.

Oakland Catering Company did a fantastic job catering our wedding reception at the Lawrence Hall of Science. The venue stayed open until 5 PM on the day of our wedding and we had a start time of 6:30, which meant they only had 1 and half hours to set up for a 150 person event, but Oakland Catering got the job done. Lee Bradley was our point of contact and she did a phenomenal job. My husband and I had never planned an event of that scale before; Lee was incredibly organized and helped us with the planning leading up to the wedding. On the day of, Lee and her team made everything run smoothly; the event ran perfectly. Our friends and family were raving about the delicious wedding buffet food, the gorgeous set up of the reception room, and the excellent service from the waiters and bartenders. In addition, the venue required the event to be completely closed down by midnight; this meant that all chairs, tables, etc. had to be taken down and everything, including food, decorations, table linens, cutlery, glassware, dinnerware, etc., had to be cleaned and taken out of the facility otherwise we would be charged an additional large fee. Lucky for us, Oakland Catering Company got everything out of the venue in a timely fashion.I highly recommend Oakland Catering Company for their exceptional food and service!

We used Oakland Catering for our baby shower. The food was AMAZING. We ordered a selection of 3 pastas (for a party of 50 guests) and everyone at the shower went back for a second helping. The lasagna was my favorite! We will definitely use them again in the future.

Reserve this place for all your catering needs. Oakland Catering Co (OCC) catered a birthday party last minute with 70 guests. They were easy to work with, came early to set up, and was absolutely perfect I will use OCC for all my events. Book them with confidence

I am not sure what happened, as this caterer has great reviews, but I used them for a post-wedding brunch, and the food was horrible. The egg dishes looked like powdered and/or boxed eggs were used, the crepes were dry, and the fruit salad was very poor. Mostly unripe honeydew and cantaloupe. I was disappointed.

I started planning my party in early April and exchanged several emails with this company. I sent them a signed contact with a check for half of the estimated amount. They cashed my check and them informed me that they were too busy to cater my party on June 24. Before I decided to go with this company, I read all the great reviews. I was hoping to have a good experience too. I say buyer beware - do not send money or credit card information to this company until you have a firm commitment for your event.

Oakland Catering did a great job. Showed up early for delivery every day, twice a day (breakfast and lunch) food was hot and tasted yummy. Ordering process was easy and everyone I worked with was helpful and patient. It was a relief while I was running a massive offsite event for our company to not have to worry about catering! We would use again and we would certainly recommend to others.

Incredible wedding reception. Professional service, always ready to help in any way. Everyone friendly and hardworking. I highly recommend! As a matter of fact I give them my highest recommendation.

Oakland Catering Company was fantastic for our business event. They arrived early, the entire order was correct, and all of the food was delicious. Well priced as well. A great experience overall.
