We stopped by Niles Farmers Market before having lunch in the general area on a Saturday. I thought this was going to be larger but it's a very small quaint Farmers Market. They have a variety of booths from a honey maker to your typical veggies and fruits as well as actual food vendors. They also had musicians playing music! Our family bought some honey which they liked. Everyone was quite kind.Parking was a bit challenging. We opted to park on the street. I'm not sure if they had more parking in the actual lots. We didn't try.Overall, it's as quaint as the district. Not as big as other farmers markets. But if you're in the area on a Saturday and want a quick farmers market experience. Then this is the one you'd go to!

It was my first time at this Farmers Market and really enjoyed my time there. There was live music and a selection of fresh fruit and vegetable vendors. 10/10 would recommend. It's located in a cute and quaint town with lots of antique stores within a minute or two of walking.

Niles Farmers Market is nice, it's quite small but I feel like they had quite a few vendors and a lot to offer. They had some really good fruit and veggie vendors. I was surprised that they had about 3 bakery vendors, this was right up my alley as I'm always in search for some good bread and pastries. There were a few food vendors such as Smash n' Stack Burgers, a seafood vendor, mexican food, asian food and I also loved the live music playing (he was awesome!!!!)I tried Starter Bakery as they really caught my eye, i got a Kouign-amann and mini banana bread. Their pastries are so good and very fresh. I was also tempted to try Wingen Bakery as well but I will definitely try them next time. I did however stop at Smash n' Stack Burgers, prices were reasonable but the wait was quite long I think about 30+ minutes. The burgers are good but very greasy, maybe worth a try at least once.I will definitely be back and will come at 9am when they open as oppose to 12pm when it's very crowded so that I can really explore and take everything in. Although there are many vendors I feel as though they should expand it to a bigger area because it feels very cramped. But it's definitely worth checking out!

Better than the Newark market because of the smaller size and the historic setting. We enjoyed Bronco Billy's for pizza afterwards

They have some amazing food and lots of cool mushrooms. It isn't huge, but I love the selection. The Niles area is really kind of cool too if you haven't been there.

+1 to not knowing what it was like before but I like this as another Saturday option with plenty of parking and an old vintage train station and grass area within walking distance to take the kids if you have a family, or dogs which is pet-friendly too! It's not as produce heavy like the Sunday one is in Newark by amc theater, but there's 2-3 stalls with veggies and seasonal fruits that look reasonably priced. Other stalls included a DIY specialty mushroom vendor (pink oyster, lions mane), Starter bakery, Mrs Miggins for their British style pies, raw honey, fresh flowers, ramen DIY kits, seafood (shucked oysters and fish filets that are vacuum packed), dough wei me (flavorful malasadas and mochi doughnuts) every other Saturday, eggs, Pasta Rey for fresh pasta and sauces, Alexandre milk, and a few others I don't recall but enough to inspire maybe a weekend dinner at home!

I've been coming to this farmers market off and on for years as I've lived pretty close for almost a decade. I went the last couple Saturdays after not having gone a few months and they have upped their game! instead of like the 10ish booths they used to have, there was probably more like 40 and lots of variety and small businesses besides the produce. Just to list some I remember:Sustainable Beef raised in GilroyFresh EggsCandles and incense Spiced VinegarsCBD productsFresh bread and baked goodsFrozen British pastries - Mrs Miggins. I've bought from her a few times now, these are so good. Fresh meal prepHoneyBeerPlantsFloristWood cutting boardsFood trucksLive musicKombuchaCoffee truck from DevoutPopcornI'm sure I'm missing things but there's a lot going on. I know there are larger farmers markets in Fremont and Newark but I like going into Niles so I'm happy this one has improved. There's also the train depot with a grassy area right next door so it's been fun to take my son, buy food to eat and let him play over there after. I've done it 3 Saturdays in a row now and will probably do it again this Saturday!

I know that the farmers market is in the process of being revamped since many of the local businesses talked about it now being under new ownership. I had never been to the farmers market prior to change in ownership so I can't compare my experience to previous times. This was my first time and I enjoyed it. It's on the small side but there is much more than just fruits and vegetables. You can find coffee, hummus, flowers, baked goods and more!! I think one of the coolest things is that you can go to the farmers market and then go support local businesses around, take a stroll and do some shopping or have brunch. There is parking around but it can get busy the closer you get to the lunch hours. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Loved the samples and prices were competitive. Open every Saturday. I have a feeling that this farmers market will take off and be the go to spot.
