Solid donuts and turnovers served fresh at this mom and pop shop in this little rundown corner of town.Yes, it's not the most welcoming looking dingy lot, but the lot is frequented by locals and commuters looking to grab a quick snack so there's a lot of churn and the food is quite good. From the outside, Niles Donuts looks nothing spectacular but when you enter, you'll be immersed in a clean establishment with friendly staff and great looking baked goods and pastries ready for immediate consumption. There's also coffee still sitting hot on the side and smoothies and frappes just a blend away.If you have more appetite than a sweet treat, you'll have the option to order breakfast or lunch sandwiches served on bagels or huge croissants. They also have egg rolls with chicken, pork, or shrimp filling to round out your hearty meal.The highlights for me in terms of the sweets have to be their abundance of turnovers sprinkled with rock sugar and filled with a variety of jam flavors. Their chocolate frosted donuts are also very good. The chocolate is rich but not too sweet, however like all chocolate, they don't survive the heat well so on a hot day, you may opt for something less melty.The prices are reasonable if you factor in the size and quality of their donuts. Their raised and cake donuts are delicious.Overall, the donuts here are great and the service is quick and efficient. The location isn't the best but most likely you'll be in and out and on your way to enjoy your goodies elsewhere. A little update since it's been some time!It was an early morning and we needed a donut treat. Niles Donuts was on route back home so we decided why not? Parking in the lot is fine, it's small but there are some folks that are a little questionable roaming about.We went in, was greeted in a friendly manner. There seem to be a lot of regulars as we let someone go in front of us as we were still deciding and they knew them right away. They had a pretty wide selection of donuts. We got a chocolate old fashioned and a maple donut. And paid by cash as I believe there's a minimum for card. Inside it's pretty no frills typical donut shop.I devoured my old fashioned when I got home. It was crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Good flavor. I've bumped up the rating as it's definitely good. I'd drop by again if ever craving a donut in the area.

Their plain donuts are so good. The parking can be tough since there are only a few spots. Also I had to U-turn to get in, depending on which direction you come from.Service was fast and friendly.I would come again to try their Vietnamese coffee.Ambiance is extremely casual, just a normal donut shop. If I am around this vicinity, I would come again. Will not purposely drive over here to get the donuts.

I found this place on a drive by going to my doctor's appointment. This place is nested in a small strip mall. If you are not stopped on the intersection and looked around, you can miss this place. Their donuts are good! It is moist and not airy like some donuts I've had in other places. This is my new "go to" when I crave for donuts.

I love my blueberry donut from here. A local donut shop with all the goodies. Friendly and speedy service.

Great little neighborhood donut shop run by the friendliest family! Enjoyed the raised glazed donuts as well as the buttermilk bars and old-fashioneds. Will have to come back to try the egg rolls!

I highly recommend this place! I came it to get a Too Good To Go order and was greeted with smiles right away. They were super generous with their order. Their donuts were super fresh and yummy too. You should definitely check them out. Thank you, Niles Donuts!

Holy smokes have you seen the size of their breakfast sandwiches! It's bigger than my hand. Now I'm not saying size is the only thing that matters here lol it's much more than that. We ordered the SAUSAGE, EGG & CHEESE Croissant. The croissant was so fresh and immediately had this sweet buttery aroma, and then they stuff it "edge" to "edge" sausage & egg people. I think it was under $7 too and ONE actually fed two people. I was so pleasantly surprised and will skip any other breakfast sandwich on the go options and grab them here when it's one of those days instead. Ok ok I'm not gonna lie we might of also grabbed a donut tee hee and I've had their donuts before. The donut still did not disappoint, I love how they aren't super greasy and they taste fresh. My dad was a pastry chef in his younger years and his best friend from pastry school owned a donut shop for over 30 years so I'm picky. This place maintains great quality and they are always friendly. Sandwiches, Bagels, hard boiled eggs, bananas, egg rolls, tamales , donuts & more!Please try everything on their menu , you won't regret it.

If you blink you'll miss it. Friendly donut spot that sells a killer breakfast sandwich and they are not stingy with the protein. Ive been to one that about a block a way, $3 more than this place with way less protein. I'm glad I finally made the stop here. I will most definitely come back. Coffee is on point. Donut holes hit the spot as they always do. They also sell other Asian meals there. Eggrolls, spring roll and many more. Come on in folks! I promise you won't regret it

Great donuts. Went early and they had a big selection. We had old fashioned and bars. Maple and chocolate really tasty. Warm service. We'll be back!
