I love this place! I will forever continue to purchase my Salami here. You guys hold a special place in my heart, I would take my mami every time she wanted to buy salami no matter how far I lived, my mom in heaven and I vowed to continue her traditions no matter how small. Thank you Milan, for years of great memories, even my children remember your location.

Picked up one of their Turkey salamis at Pedrick Produce recently and it's honestly one of the best salamis I've had in my life! Will be getting more!!

Best Salami around. It's worth the drive to go get it. Just call when you get there and somebody will come out to take your order. Keep in mind they close at 2pm.

Hidden gem alert! I discovered Millan salami company in Emeryville purely by accident. I was searching for something else on yelp when I found their yelp page, and had to go to discover this place on my own!When I pulled up, I discovered that they are the epitome of an old hole in the wall business. The rolling gates were locked, and the place actually looked somewhat abandoned. I called the phone number, and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who assured me that they were open for business, and opened to the public.I told him that I was parked and that the gate was locked. He graciously took my order, and offered to bring everything out to my car. I must say I was blown away by the kindness and willingness to provide excellent customer service. More importantly, we had a really nice conversation about their products, and the difference between The items that they sold that have nitrates versus the ones that do not have nitrates in them. I selected several items that are nitrate free, and he even made suggestions for shelf life. The prices are amazingly reasonable, the quality is superior, and what an amazing place! It's totally understandable that they keep the doors closed during these troubled times. What really impressed me above the excellent customer service and excellent products, is that the gentleman told me that they are happy to ship anywhere, shipping prices are super reasonable, and they even offer local delivery! They are a family owned business that has been around for over 50 years. After tasting the salami, I completely understand why they've been around for so long. Definitely check out their menu! They accept checks and cash. You don't want to miss out on this!

They open and close pretty early, so plan ahead for your weekday visit.Just walk in. They'll hand you a price list of things you can order (see my picture). They might even show you around if you're nice. Bring cash and you'll be able to snap up some of their delicious salami. Prices are VERY REASONABLE so stock up. Standouts: hot links 5/5 lean and spicy, Scorpion&Mezcal 4/5 interesting and tasty, fennel and black pepper 4/5 basic.

My son walked to their Emeryville factory and left with six varieties after meeting the owner, chatting about college, and even getting a peek inside. OMG are they good!!!! Absolutely no comparison to anything I've had since family members flew back from New York with suitcases full of them (their carry-ons were stuffed with bialies).We now "have a salami guy" and this is going to be a lifetime friendship. We need a 10-star possible rating. If we move from the Bay, we will figure out how to do a monthly replenishment schedule.

YOU MUST TRY THIS HIDDEN GEM!! We have been enjoying their Salami for a few years now. I live out State now, but try and plan my tips around being able to pick up as much as I can. The Scorpian is a must try... Just enough heat!! Another one we love is the Blue Cheese.Customer service is exceptional and friendly!! I have introduced it too many, and the orders to pick up during my next visit to Calif. are getting quite large.
