Miggi's Kitchen

My family went to Miggi's for my wife's birthday. It was excellent. She taught lessons on preparing various foods from around the world. Everything was delicious. Preparing was hands on, and Miggi saw that everyone participated. Many in our family are vegetarian, and all dishes included vegetarian options. Our family group was larger than typical, including ages 17-79, adventurous/reluctant eaters, and experienced/inexperienced cooks. We all went away happy and satiated. Miggi lessons were great, many new and tasty new foods, taught by a classically trained chef.

I really enjoyed Miggi's Jelly Flower Cake class. It was fun, creative, and satisfying! Though it was 1st time for most of us who attended this class, everyone seems super excited about their final product.

I had fun to make jelly cakes in Miggi's class. Our dress code was red and white. I really enjoyed her class and my jelly cakes really impressed my friends and family.

Great wine tasting pairing with delicious foods coupled with educational knowledge. You would be able to enjoy it completely.

I have taken Miggi's classes many times and have benefited a lot from them. Miggi's lectures not only cover the tips of food and wine, but also her long-standing emphasis on health. Her dishes combine taste and health perfectly.

I believe in going to the real expert when it comes to learning something new or getting more knowledge of something. After taking Miggi's wine tasting class, I understand what wine "tasting" is all about. Not only she explains why we do or we don't have to do something while tasting wine and the reason why we use different shapes of wine glasses. She also informed the history of wine dirking and the wineries went for the tour, which helped with making that connection between me and the wine. Tour was well arranged, no time was wasted and I didn't feel overwhelmed.

We had wine tour with Miggi. The whole day tour was full of laughs and in depth knowledge of wine and food. We learned a lot and had a great time. Highly recommend!

This is my first time joining Miggi at her kitchen. Today, in class we learnt how to make a jelly flower cake. Proper tools were provided during class to help create an artistic piece that's eatable. Fresh and organic ingredients were used to make the colorful center flower piece of the jelly cake. I am not a creative person, but I was amazed how beautifully the finished product turned out with the technique taught. Thanks you Miggi for such a fun class.
