Mi Casita Mariscos Taqueria

I'm overly excited about this one! This is a truck in a parking lot, bare bones, covered tent with tables, napkins, hand sanitizer and plexiglass holders with QR codes to menus. Outside, clean...Did I say clean?! Clean! The truck itself is a vibrant purple, well maintained, screens on all windows. Easy to read menu with lots of Seafood options, even a fee vegetarian. First off let me say I am not a huge fan of Mexican seafood plates but I love aguachile. My son loves fish tacos but he has his favorite and we always head there. He wasn't hungry and not knowing size of tacos he ordered bread shrimp tacos. Fresh warm tortillas(2 on each taco), perfectly cooked shrimp, coleslaw, a semi spicy sauce, some pickled Jalapeños on the side and they brought over a container of Salsa. Oh boy, my son, who wasn't hungry devoured them! Couldn't even finish both because they were loaded! Food all over his face and his eyes and mouth spoke so many words without ever actually needing to speak. I got the shrimp Agua chile in green sauce. Red onions, FRESH large shrimp, cucumbers, some mild spice(They offer medium and spicy) and a fresh avocado on top. Lots of tostadas, some salt, pepper packets. Lots of citrus to cure the shrimp and it is probably thee best Agua Chile I have ever had. So much flavor in every single bite. I had Jamaica, a traditional Mexican Hibiscus drink with sugar. It's a good if you like sweet beverages. Think of it as an ice tea/fruit punch with a distinct taste. On a hot day, delicious and refreshing. The Jamaica was good, not amazing but good. Make sure you ask for extra Napkins...lots, they bring forks but you wont get much use of them. They will also pack up leftovers in nice containers for you. We will be back and send friends there as well. Yes, that good!

Update:1. Fish plateFinally, got the chance to try it. Must say, is a good portion . Fresh tortillas on the side. The plate includes rice and brown beans . The salad comes with dressing but always optional. 2. Shrimp quesadillaVery good combination, not too salty . No complaints here. The service here always ready to accommodate, super friendly.

I went today and it was soo good! I got a super asada burrito and it was perfection. Came with a lot of chips too! There's a small seating area and you can pull into the lot the truck is in a park there. I don't speak much Spanish but I tried my best and everyone was so nice. Next time I need to try their seafood options.

The people here are so nice and accommodating, there are no outdoor seating but it feels safe waiting for your food. The food itself is amazing, the fish tacos are my favorite.
