MGL Limo - Executive Black Car Service

I can't recommend this company enough! We had the pleasure of taking the limo style sprinter up to Napa with Uka, who was helpful, professional, and punctual. We ended up extending the trip and needing to make last minute stops to pick up folks and the driver was kind and adaptive. The actual sprinter itself is incredibly up to date, clean, and comfortable. There's an Apple TV, which is fun because anyone can cast videos during the ride. I'll definitely book with MGL again! Thank you Uka for a great day!

I've used this car service a few times now for my 85 year old mother when she travels. I just used them again for an airport trip for my mother (to visit me out of state). They are competitively priced, the drivers are so courteous and helpful, and they are always on time. The service will assign another driver when my mother's plane gets in early to make sure they are on time for the pickup. I highly recommend them for reliability, comfort, service and competitive pricing!

Wish we could give them ten stars!Uka the driver was excellent. Rented a sprinter for my daughter and her friends for a night out in San Francisco. Per my daughter, he was very courteous, professional, arrived early, made sure the kids were safe and attentive.

I didn't actually ride with MGL but I hired them as a gift for our friends who came to celebrate Christmas Eve with us. I hired them because they had good Yelp reviews and I could only hope I made the right decision. I sure did. I booked them about 2 weeks in advance and they reached out to me a few times during that time to confirm.I really appreciated their followup and will certainly use them again.

I have used bus/limo vendors before which promised certain quality and did not deliver it. In the past with other vendors I had reserved a bus expecting audio and AC to work but they did not work correctly despite thousands of dollars charged.I asked MGL to guarantee in a both parties-signed contract that they would provide a functioning AC, audio system and baseline cleanliness level. When I asked to sign a contract with these provisions they accused me of trying to scam them.They also accused me of trying to scam them when I accidentally uploaded the wrong credit card number. I simply needed to add the correct credit card number but was accused of scamming them and this was many days before the reservation start.Requiring a photo of a credit card is also super sketchy- if you as a customer are already paying via a third party service.Jay was rude and yelled at me on the phone. Given how they treat potential customers and their perspective on not being able to guarantee baseline quality, I would not use this service.UPDATE: he is accusing me of a fake credit card and ID to try to justify his rude communication and behavior. This is false information. I have uploaded a real credit card and american/california drivers license. How is scamming a car service even possible? the car service can just refuse to drive anywhere!
