Great place for a ramen fix in the south East Bay. Small and a little understaffed at times, but with solid food with rich flavors and chewy, perfect ramen noodles. We were a large party on Sunday night but were able to get seated fairly quick at 2 large tables. There was only 1 server for the whole restaurant. He was definitely working hard, but there's only so much 1 person can do.Corn wings (regular and spicy): These are a must-get each time. The spicy seasoning is especially addictive.Enoki chips: These were a miss. I was hoping the enokis would be in bundles and then fries, but they were separated into strands first, which means that all you really taste is batter. It was like eating a decent salad topping.Nori calamari: Decent. Calamari was slightly tough.Toripaitan "Blaze" Classic: Broth was rich and flavorful. Ramen noodles were thick and had a great chewy texture. Chashu was good, but I really loved the addition of red ginger and fried burdock root.My friends also enjoyed their chintan shio ramen (thin straight noodles) and tsukemen. In short, not everything on the menu works, but the toripaitan and the corn wings call for a repeat visit.

Food was delicious. Flavorful. Loved the corn appetizer. And the spicy ramen was *chefs kiss*Ambiance was unique and cozy. It's a small space and was busy on Friday night. Service was good too. Not frilly. Genuine.

Perfect spot for when you're craving some hot ramen. First time here and I had the Deluxe Blaze, incredible! Nothing beats some thick, creamy, and spicy broth with perfectly cooked noodles that were bouncy and chewy as you bit into them! The level of spice was not too high for someone who enjoys spice in their food, it was just enough :) After we arrived, tables did start filling up, one server was working and attended everyone really well and there was no long wait.

Haven't been to this restaurant in a while. We like their food and service that's why we make it a point to come back. Location is very convenient in Union Landing. Good place to eat in a cold day after watching a movie. The theater is right aacross the restaurant. Restaurant is bright and cozy. The soup is just a little salty this time. Not sure if it's just my pallet but husband agrees. I think I rated them 4 stars last time. They might have a new chef.

The setting is more elegantly decorated with Japanese elements than some Chinese run Japanese ramen places. The patterns on the ceiling is nice. The place is also relatively big, which is easy to spot, at the right side of Habit Burger. The broth is creamy and Delux comes with a bigger chunk of meat and egg. The egg is so beautiful with a runny red orange yolk. The black garlic comes with some fried strips that I don't like as they tasted bitter. The noodle is thick and fits the texture of the soup. Although the portion is standardized, it's enough for a meal. The chick karaage is ok but not too chunky. I think the nori calamari looks better on the menu. Service was good. We were greeted, food came fast, he came to refill water but was distracted by clearing the dirty dishes that he forgot to finish the water task. lol. But he was manning the store front all by himself including pickups. He said good bye politely among the buzz.

I've eaten here 3 or 4 times, so my review is based on all those experiences combined. This spot is seriously underrated. I've tried several of their creamy ramens, and they're always rich and flavorful. The combination of ingredients really brings out the depth of the broth, creating a perfectly balanced taste. And it's worth noting that the ramen isn't overly salty, though I guess that could vary depending on the dish you choose. The noodles are thick and satisfying, but you can opt for thinner noodles if that's your preference. The location is fantastic--right near the cinema, making it ideal for a pre-movie meal. There's ample parking, and the restaurant itself is beautiful with a classy, high-end feel. Pricing is pretty reasonable given the quality. You order and pay through a QR code at your table, which is super convenient--no waiting for a menu or server if you're paying for your own dish. And if you need help navigating the menu, the servers are more than happy to assist. Service was impressively fast, making for a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Finally found our go-to ramen spot. Came upon this little gem on a whim when our son asked for ramen one night. Thanks to fellow yelpers we were glad we picked this spot. The noodle texture was bouncy, chewy, and slightly Alden te. The broth was rich and creamy in flavor. Everyone rated their bowl 5/5. The portion is bigger than most ramen spots we've tried. We left feeling fuller than we expected which was surprising. For reference my husband ordered the blaze deluxe, my kids ordered Ginjo ramen and I ordered the Tsukemen. Again all delicious. Service wasn't too bad. We were left alone most of the time but we weren't bothered by it. We're excited to go back in the near future.

A tidy and clean ramen restaurant with tasty food. The black garlic is my favorite. Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant has a lot of character and shows interesting facts about the noodles they make. I will remember to look for this ramen place again when I want good black garlic ramen.
