Mattison Minis

Mattison Minis is nothing short of amazing. I have used them on multiple occasions; one for a large work event, once for my Black & White themed birthday, and one for a friend's birthday (that was super short notice!) For the work event, we asked for an array of things. Emily (the owner and baker) did not let us down. The lemon curd was to die for, the mini cheesecake is the best I have ever had, and she brought macarons, cupcakes, and ended up putting protein energy bites in little goodie bags for our guests. Talk about going above and beyond. Her desserts were a HIT. Absolutely nothing was left at the end of the night. My Dirty Thirty was a theme; Black & White. Can you really make black and white treats? She made black macarons, Oreo cheesecake, and mini cupcakes. Did I mention I'm a vegan and she was able to make me vegan black and white cookies too?!Then my boyfriend let me know we were going to his mother's house with less than 7 days for me to prepare or bring anything! Emily popped into mind, and she was able to walk me through what might be right for the family. They told me they love chocolate cake and carrot cake, and instead of choosing one, she made carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting. And, I'm sorry, but was the bottom of each chocolate cupcake packed with chocolate chips?! *drool* My boyfriend doesn't even like cake and his exact words were, "That's ridiculous. This is stupid good." Now my boyfriend is super excited for his birthday so he can have lemon bars and blondies....haha!Anyway. Everything is so good. She needs to be your new go-to. Not to mention she's so sweet and easy to work with.

I only have a couple words to say about this baker and bakery, and that is.... BOOK HER!! You will not be disappointed by the talented owner and baker Emily!We have known Emily for years and have been tasting her sweet treats and creations with happy hearts and open mouths. There has been nothing we haven't liked. She's made me chocolate cup cakes with peanut butter cookie dough frosting that is to die for and her mini cheese cakes are the best! Recently I asked her to make my daughters first birthday cupcakes and macaroons. Emily did not disappoint and her treats where a hit! I had to save a few for myself for after the party.Emily is on time, responsive, open to new ideas and willing to try new designs and creations. She is talented and smart and I know she absolutely LOVES what she does because it shows in her yummy treats. I couldn't recommend Mattison Mini's enough!!!

Everything from this shop is incredible. Seriously. The decorated cookies are insanely delicious. The service is also stellar - my order was filled promptly and it exceeded my expectations. I didn't know cookies this pretty could taste so good! Prices are reasonable too. Do yourself a favor and order from this shop. You should also check out their IG to see how cute all of the treats are. You will not regret it, I promise!

I contacted Emily, the owner and Baker, and made an difficult request: can you make a vanilla birthday cake that is delicious and super low sugar? Emily said I can absolutely make that happen.Emily was in touch to ask what designs and the final product blew me away. It was a gorgeously stunning cake that was frosted perfectly with amazing detail on the airbrushed design that delighted us all.After the first bite we were stunned by the flavor and perfect texture of the cake. No one would ever have guessed that this amazing cake was low sugar. I will definitely be ordering from Emily again and will add on to my order to try some of her other featured treats.Thank you for your amazing work and design, it was above and beyond our expectations.

Bite-sized mini cheesecake poppers?!! Where have you been all my life. So light, like clouds of goodness yet still packing that cheesecake punch on the palate. From chocolate Oreo and raspberry swirl, to key lime and egg nog, you can't go wrong trying all the flavors. The festive packaging was also adorable. Thanks Emily! I can't wait to try your other goodies. If they're anything like the cheesecakes, life will be goooooood. Cheers to the truly delicious!!

I found Mattison Minis via Instagram when I was on the hunt for a baker to create some treats for my upcoming wedding in May 2020. I'm all about supporting small businesses and newbies in the events industry (especially because I'm in weddings/events so I love to meet up and coming event pros). Now, when it comes to desserts, I kind of know what I'm talking about. I can eat my body weight in dessert and candy so you know the dessert bar at my wedding is going to be massive! I had very specific items in mind for my dessert bar as it's travel themed (desserts from around the world). I had my heart set on Pavlovas and after reaching out to a bunch of newbie IG bakers, a bunch of people turned me away and I was feeling pretty defeated. Then I heard back from Emily from Mattison Minis said she'd do it (I think in part because of my desperation). Okay, I'm not an idiot, I'd have to try the product before committing to it for my wedding! I asked for a test batch and... O-M-G it was soooo good! The meringue was fresh and had that nice crunch which then melted in your mouth. You'd probably think I should stop at one right because meringues are so sweet? Nope, I just kept eating them - prewedding diet out the window! Worth it, yes I think so. It went so well that I've committed to macarons too! Her price is fair and she uses top notch ingredients! I am SO excited to have everyone try her mini creations at my wedding!

Gorgeous and delicious mini cupcakes. Perfect for a party or an event. Emily was very responsive to our needs and questions. We served them at our son's engagement party and they were devoured in no time!

I found Mattison Minis on Yelp in desperate need of a large order of cupcakes a week before I needed the order. Emily was very flexible, communicative, and so sweet. She went above and beyond what we needed and the cupcakes were PERFECT. The presentation of the cupcakes looked fake because every last swirl of the icing and sprinkle was perfectly and thoughtfully placed. Also, the cupcakes were so delicious. If you're looking to support a Bay Area Business with great cupcakes, I highly recommend this one.

Emily provided adorable, delicious cookies for our company lunch. I asked her for "1980s motivational cat poster"-inspired cookies and she did not disappoint. I am overwhelmingly satisfied with every aspect...from her great communication to hand delivering the cookies to our door. I can't wait until I have my next excuse to ask her for treats. I was the most popular person in the office today!
