Veryyy busy, had a constant flow of customers coming in and out. Very nice to be able to check in on Yelp in advance. Make sure to keep track of your place in line! Service was quick and efficient. Really appreciate the Saturday night staff, they were constantly checking tables and refilling waters without us needing to ask. Food was good, we came for the ramen but I looooved the Japanese curry.

Ate at this location a couple of times and once in the SF location prior. This place is usually busy during dinner time and especially during weekends so if possible, try to reserve on the app when it's available- luckily it's in a plaza and you can kill time in it as well (this plaza is particularly busy). My order usually consists of either the Hakata Tonkotsu or the Vegetarian one. I don't crave ramen as often but I particularly like this as the broth doesn't feel too heavy compared to other places. Food is consistent. Setting is nice but does get a little loud with the music and conversations going on. Downside is seating and service- In the past, I was directed to sit in the corner when it wasn't even busy. Another time I was sat near the kitchen and garbage when the tables surrounding me were open. There was a miscommunication about an order once before too and just ended up ordering the extras as a side.

I came here last night to try this spot out! The host was pretty cool, he had aura. I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, very loud and they welcome you in Japanese. The restaurant also had a homey feel to it.I ordered the Hakata tonkotsu and I thought it was too salty. The noodles and chashu pork were great, but I didn't like the pickled ginger it came with. As for drinks, I got the kimono yuzu which was very refreshing. I've never had it before, but I've seen it in stores and I think it's way better than soda; calorie and sugar-wise. My friends HIGHLY recommend the shrimp tempura buns. I need to try it next time!Overall, I wouldn't come back, but this place isn't that bad. There's a lot of competition for ramen and this place wouldn't be my go-to spot. The service was great though, our server was kind and helpful and he gave us a brief overview of the menu.

Super hearty broth. Slightly spicy but I wish it was a little more spicy. Other than that, a perfect meal, love the pork which was super fatty and just melted in my mouth. The noodles are super chewy

3.5/5Tried the chicken karaage, hakata tonkatsu ramen with extra spice (wasn't very spicy tbh) and the katsu with curry. While all the dishes were good, I wouldn't say anything stood out, they were not extraordinary. Although I do understand that this is one of the few places that serves chicken ramen, and that too with a white broth! I can appreciate a menu that caters to a wider audience.Service was good and the interiors felt very cozy. This ramen place is located in a busy shopping plaza, but surprisingly it wasn't too difficult to find parking

To avoid waiting in line, I specifically chose to visit right when the restaurant opened at 11 AM on Sunday. At that time, there weren't many people, and the staff was very welcoming. The service was a highlight throughout the meal. However, I was disappointed with the food. I didn't order any side dishes, just the Hakata Tonkotsu and the Creamy Rich Chicken Paitan Ramen. Both were quite salty. The chicken meatballs in the Chicken Paitan lacked flavor, and it was served with thick yellow noodles. In comparison, the white noodles in the Hakata Tonkotsu had a better texture. Both ramen portions were quite small.

A fairly underwhelming ramen spot compared to others in the area. Our waiter suggested getting the Marufuku Bites, steamed buns with pork chasu, which I felt was too salty and saucy. For ramen, we got their Hakata Tonkatsu DX and Chicken Paitan. Hakata Tonkatsu DX (3.5/5): The broth was good but the braised pork was also salty.Chicken Paitan (3/5): Super plain IMO. The noodles were somewhat tough and the broth wasn't as rich as the Hakata Tonkatsu. Service is really attentive, checking up on us every while which was nice. I felt like the price wasn't worth what we got so I wouldn't choose to come here again but it was nice to try!

This restaurant is located in a lively marketplace. I live near by and I enjoy visiting the other stores in the area. It can get pretty packed on the weekends, so be prepared for a wait. At times, there can be more 20 groups ahead of you. However, I like that they allow you to join the waitlist online. As long as you remember to join the waitlist prior to arriving, you should be good to go.My go-to order is the Chicken Paitan. It's a tasty choice and comes with slices of grilled chicken. I like to get it "spicy". I would say I have a decent spice tolerance, as I enjoy eating spicy Thai food. I don't think this spice level is too spicy, so I really enjoy it. In terms of service, most of the time it's seamless. However, on one occasion when the restaurant was relatively empty, it took about 10 minutes before my partner and I were greeted with waters or had our order taken. There were only a few other groups there and a party seated after us was served first. That experience was a bit odd, but it hasn't happened on any of my other visits. Aside from that, the staff is very welcoming and their service is usually quite smooth even during their busy hours! I had a good experience during my most recent visit. They were offering their winter specials, so we tried their shrimp tempura buns which were delicious! The buns appeared to be bao and they were very soft and chewy and the tempura was crispy! The yuzu mayo sauce was a nice touch, it had a citrus flavor that paired nicely with the tempura.Overall, I enjoyed all of my meals here and I would come back again.

Marufuku is one of my favorite ramen to go to spots! So when they brought it down to Cupertino, I was ecstatic! The flavors in their ramen is so rich and makes each bite so delicious every time. I've tried multiple ramen places but always come back to this one. I always get their tonkatsu ramen. DX just means you get thicker cut of meat and some extra items in your bowl. I typically like thicker ramen noodles but this one comes with the thinner ones and it's actually perfect. I also always get their chasu rice bowl too. Very delicious! My friend got their chicken and it was juicy and came out sizzling! Service is always incredibly attentive. The restaurant is always clean and the decor is modern and beautiful. I came here during a weekend one time and the wait was pretty long, like 1.5hrs. Probably also because we had 6 of us but might be easier to snag a table with 2-4 people in a group. My friend was able to add our names to the list in person but still had to wait. During lunch hours and weekdays are usually not too bad. Parking can be tricky during busy hours but there's a ton of parking spaces shared with many other shops. Overall I do highly recommend. This place have always been one of the first restaurants I always recommend and take non locals to try. It never disappoints.

The service and atmosphere was extremely high end and the 22 dollar chicken combo was a good deal for high quality meat and soup
